fine hotel for business traveler
Nice rooms with clean, modern furniture and bathrooms. Especially good for one-night business traveler who wants to stay near the train station. For leisurely travel, however, there are better hotels at lower cost and in better neighborhoods.

Hotel was fantastic,bad location 20E cab
It was a great hotel to stay in for people needed to get to the airport 20 euros,from the train station it is 15 to 20 min walk with suitcase and the area was bad.They is a great pizzas place that has great food just two block up from the hotel on the right,two full dinners and wine for 28 euros not bad.The hotel had no more maps of the city and they need to put them in the rooms.

Great hotel, not so great location
The hotel was very nice, the staff were very helpful, the rooms were very pretty, comfortable and quiet. The only thing that concerned me were the security guards out front and when we went to dinner there were police on almost every corner. We found out from someone later on that the hotel is wonderful but the neighborhood is a little dangerous.

Lombardi's was a great place for dinner. The food was delicious, the service was great and the price was very reasonable. They start serving dinner after 7PM

Très beau séjour
Très bon accueil à l'hotel. Le personnel très serviable parle un peu français et anglais, suffisamment pour se faire comprendre . Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortables. Petit déjeuner non inclus dans le prix de la chambre un peu cher. Restaurant très cher et il faut aimer la cuisine moderne. pour notre part, ns recherchions avant tout la cuisine locale. Hotel situé près de la gare centrale, très pratique pour se déplacer.

Ne pas manquer les restaurants : DA MICHELE pour ses pizzas (à quelques pas de l'hotel) PIZZA AMORE E FANTASIA pour sa cuisine locale et son accueil (rue Raffaele De Cesare)

Très bel hôtel ,accueil chaleureux par le directeur qui est français dans un cadre historique magnifique.proche de la gare qui n est pas le plus beau quartier de Naples,mais pratique pour circuler en train et aller par exemple à pompéi .un service petit déjeuner et repas un peu désorganisé en terme de personnel .manque d informations à l arrivée,nous avons découvert une navette de l hôtel pour le centre ville,par hasard le deuxième jour de notre arrivée.

Bon Hotel
Personnel très à l'écoute des demandes des clients et très gentils. Dimension de la chambre correcte, très bonne isolation/insonorisation et qualité de la literie parfaite Queen size (160x200cm). Les + : Qualité des petits déjeunés même si le prix est un peu élevé 12€/jr/personne Inutile de prendre l'option internet des ordinateurs sont à votre disposition. Journaux quotidiens dans "toutes les langues" en libre accès dans le hall. Pratique : Coffre fort de courtoisie dans les chambres. Les - : Absence de piscine et de jardin (car en centre ville). Climatisation des chambres en tous cas de la notre bruyante et complètement inefficace signalé à la réception mais pour eux tout était OK, thermostat sur 12°C en permanence ! Mais 25°C minimum dans la chambre. Restaurant de l’hôtel : Prix trop chères au regard des différents restaurants de la ville. Emplacement près de la gare centrale, de l'aéroport et des métros ligne 1 et 2 (Cavour/Museo) mais loin des plages privées de Naples et de la mer. Conclusion : Bon Hôtel 4 étoiles mais qui ne pourra jamais en obtenir 5 sans piscine et sans services supplémentaires comme une navette pour l’aéroport et une plage privée avec transport des clients vers celle-ci. Naples : ville assez sale (ordure dans la rue et tag sur les monuments), ville peu touristique (je vous conseille d’avoir des notions d’italien). Véhicule indispensable ou séjour de courte durée.
