In the heart of the Tuscany country into a Villa dated first half of '800, a unique place of its kind, for people who love simplicity and original spaces. Situated near Palaia, an old medieval village, in a strategic place which permits to reach less then one hour the art cities as Pisa, Florence and the beaches. The rooms furnishing combines old Tuscany furnitures to a young minimal spirit. The Hall with satellitar tv and internet access is in common with the guests.The italian breakfast wil be served in limonaia. If the weather is nice, breakfast can be served outside in the garden.

A typical Toscan country-house

A typical Toscan country-house in a beautiful location - on top of a hill. Nice view, nice rooms and neighbourhood. Breakfast room was another funny suprise - a separate little building (probably an ex-flowerhouse?). I wish we could spend there much more time, to enjoy the pool, the peace, the view...(but we went for exploring the tourist attractions, instead, which was not bad either). Maybe, next time. I would definitely recommend it. (However, you should know that it is not very close to Pisa, I think Voltera or San Gimignano is closer a bit - but there are several nice little villages in the neighbourhood - which worth to have a look as well, Palaia is the closest).

It is a very charming and quiet

It is a very charming and quiet place : beautiful view on all surroundings, nice pool, large apartments with kitchen included and a very helpful service. Congratulations.

belle maison,bien entretenue,

belle maison,bien entretenue, superbe emplacement,nous regrettons un petit dejeuner minimaliste identique chaque jour, des la seconde tasse de cafe un suplement facture,la salle de bain a partager et pas de papier wc au bout du second jour.... dommage il faut faire de gros efforts
