From every elegant and full comfort room there is an expansive view of the deep blue water of the Tyrrhenian sea, of the famed "Li Galli" islands and a picturesque view of one angle of Positano.

Great find, friendly staff
Really nice stay at a lovely hotel. Good location and all rooms with balcony. Food and wine at restaurant were great. Especially appreciated wine selection from very knowledgeable and friendly owner's son. Would recommend, and like to stay again.

Villa Gabrisa
The management was absolutely wonderful and upgraded our room to a suite just to enhance our experience without an additional charge. The location was excellent (you must of course negotiate the steps). All food served was very good and we would recommend highly

So Glad We Went
Heaven on Earth
We had a fabulous evening at the Hotel Gabrisi overlooking the Amalfi Drive and Coast. The view doesn't get any better and the service was excellent. Although there was a mix up with our reservation, which was done on line, the staff immediately rectified the issue and upgraded us to the accommodations we wanted. Staff was friendly and attentive and someone who spoke English was always on hand. Our spacious terrace was decorated with palms, hibiscus and kumquats, all in bloom as well as several Bonsai. There are fabulous restaurants, shops and a BEAUTIFUL beach within walking distance and a cheap bus line that runs through the town every half hour if you aren't up for climbing a lot of hills and steps which Positano is full of. The only drawback is that not all rooms include a jacuzzi tub as their description on the internet clearly states, but as I said they upgraded us with little hassle. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway!!

Review - Hotel Gabrisa
This is a boutique hotel so the service is personal and the staff extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. There were no issues with maintenance or cleanliness. The biggest source of differentiation, however, was the people. To a person, they were responsive, pleasant and accommodating. I cannot say enough about them.

Long walk from hotel
Positano is built along limestone cliffs. Be prepared to walk everywhere. This includes up and down steep stairways and along tight roads (the cars come within inches). The good news... the walks help you burn the calories from some of the best pasta and fish you will ever eat.
