The Hotel Commodore is in the old part of the city between the Basilica of St. Mary Major, the Rome Opera House and the Monti district which is one of the Eternal City's liveliest and most characteristic. The Hotel, which is close to many cultural and artistic sites and just a short walk from the main railway station and urban transport systems, is the ideal choice for a business trip, a holiday or a leisurely break. Our hotel offers the best of Italian hospitality and has been managed by the same family for three generations. We make sure that the time you spend in the Commodore is an experience you will never forget and that you will feel right at home with us. Our reception staff is on hand for anything you may need and to suggest the best way to get around the city be it by taxi, bus, rented car, bicycle or scooter for a guided tour or to enjoy shows and exhibitions. If you come with your own car we have an agreement with a nearby hotel where you can park it.

Stay away
Although this hotel is well located, the worst part of this hotel was the rooms. Very very small rooms with a day bed and an ancient 20" TV. This hotel is definitely over priced and I would not stay on my next visit. Service at the reception was good.

Meilleur Hôtel
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel bien situé car à 5 min de la gare et du métro. Le personnel est accueillant. La chambre est confortable. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner car il n'est pas très varié. Très bon séjour à Rome !
