Navona Palace Residenze di Charme Rome

Everything is done right in this hotel. Great shower and bed, lots of room, free wifi, FREE minibar of drinks (!), complimentary coffee and pastries also brought to your door in the morning at the appointed time you pre-request. Lovely, attentive staff. Very peaceful street (via della Pace!) and great views form the window. Wish they had hair conditioner, but that is a tiny thing. I also couldnt figure out how to use the coffeemaker in the room but that wasn't so necessary. I opted for Prosecco instead. Would go back here in a heartbeat.

In walking distance to all major attractions in Rome, this hotel offered a welcoming place to call home while spending a week in Rome. The room was clean, included a free breakfast (eggs, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, etc.), the wi-fi was free and it worked, and the staff made me feel welcome.

This hotel is in a perfect location within Piazza Navona and is within walking distance of all the major attractions in Rome. The hotel was spotless and the American breakfast was great eventhough the breakfast area is quite small. I would point out that my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in mid-January so I cannot comment on what its like during peak season. The reception staff were very friendly and had good English. There are plenty of nice restraunts within 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel and even an Irish bar just around the corner. I would definately recommend this hotel and also the location to anyone visiting Rome. Note: Some websites rate this hotel as 5-Star but it is more 4-star.

Hotel is gorgeous with apartment-style rooms and suites. Rooms are very large (not small like most European accomodations), very clean and well appointed (examples: Expensive espresso maker with coffee pods included. Luxuruious shower.). Almost feels like a penthouse. Location is excellent -- probably the best place to stay in Rome, from what I could tell. The only downside was that it is noisy due to being right above a bar and some restaurants where people are partying until 2am and then recycling (bottles) gets picked up noisily.

We picked Navona Palace for our 4 nights in Rome in late Oct. 2012 because of its location and it did not disappoint. Everything can be done by foot, rain or shine. The hotel is just off Piazza Navona surrounded by many local restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is convenient but can also be the source of frustration at night as there seems to be not one hour that area sleeps. Our suite on the first floor faced the street and we got our share of late night entertainment, which did not face our 10 yrs old son, however, the sleeping sofa did. The quality of the sofa was so poor that we ended up making his bed on the floor - somewhat dissatisfying at €325/night. The hotel was newly renovated and our room stylish contemporary however the finishes and hardware showed already signs of wear and breakage after barely 6 months. I was also disappointed about the excessive changing of towels and sheets, sometimes several times per day, eventhough we had indicated there was no need to do so. The staff was professional and always promptly answered our questions.

i went to rome on vacation with my wife and found this hotel online. the rooms are big, they have a some what modern feel. so at first it seemed good. the first night at around mid night there was a loud noise of people talking outside (we were on the 3rd floor). i open the window and look and there is a big mass of people outside a bar or club. it must have shut down around 2am. this is when the real noise began. it was bad and lasted till around 5am! there must have been 300 people or more talking loud and smoking. keep in mind we are not light sleepers. so the next day we went to get our couples massage at the spa that we had booked the morning before. we rushed back from touring to make our afternoon appointment. we put on our ropes and went down to the spa and they put us in the steam room to start. about ten minutes later the spa manager said we would have to come back another day due to the lack of staff this was our last day in rome and we didnt have time to come back another day. i told the hotel manager what happen and all she had to say was sorry. she didnt do anything about it. not a professional staff and would not recommend booking this hotel

L'hôtel est très bien placé, des petits restaurants juste à côté et prés des sites. A refaire.....

Tout est compris. J avais pris une suite junior. Je n ai mis que bon à l emplacement. En effet il est trés bien situé pour les visites , mais un bar au coin de la rue est générateur de bruit nocturne. Heureusement les bruits sont filtrés à 70% , cest la seule note négative sur sa situation car il,est proche de tout pour manger, faire ses courses ou prés des arrêts de bus. Le ménage est trés bien fait. Le bar et la cafetiére sont dans le forfait. Nous garderons un bon souvenir. Je prendrais bien la,suite sénior la prochaine fois.
