pas de mauvaises surprises

hôtel idéal pour visiter le centre de rome à pied. mais petit-déjeuner un peu trop succint.

Hotel Re ou Invictus

Hôtel très simple d'accès depuis la gare Termini donc des bus( ligne 64 pour le Vatican ), du métro et proche du centre hisorique à pied . Ascenceur au charme désuet mais en parfait état de marche. Accès simple à toute heure: on sonne et çà s'ouvre dans la rue. Chambre rénovée aux formes arrondies et très propre. Rien ne manque , ménage et changement de linge de toilette quotidien. Personnel discret mais à l'écoute. Petite salle pour les petits-déjeuners il faut parfois attendre son tour mais le personnel efficace gère cela en douceur et sans cris. Petit déjeuner copieux avec viennoiseries, pain, oeufs, sans charcuterie. Peu de produits laitiers.

Pas de quoi se rejouire

A notre arrivé, le réceptionniste nous à uniquement donné la carte de la chambre sans même se donner la peine de nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'hotel ( petit déjeuner, point internet, point d'information touristique). 1) La chambre est plus que passable avec un équipement TV uniquement nationale, l'absence de chauffage et une salle de bain avec une porte de douche cassé... 2) Après renseignement auprès du réceptionniste, nous avons pu avoir un accès internet moyennant 7€ pour l'ensemble du séjour ( qualité du WIFI faible compte tenue de notre éloignement de la réception) le jour suivant, nous nous sommes aperçues qu'un ordinateur avec un accès internet en libre service était disponible à coté de l’accueil. 3) Le petit déjeuner que dire ...... café horrible, pain sec, viennoiserie passable et salle trop petite ( 4 tables 12 personnes au total) je vous épargne donc la "file d'attente" pur le petit déjeuner.

ce n est pas un hotel, juste des chambres dans un couloir d'un immeuble. un reduit comme salle de petit dejeuner avec pratiquement rien a manger. pas de salon, le personnel ne parle pas francais et aucunes prestations comme decrit
