The Hotel offers pick up and transfer services to and from the airport "Leonardo da Vinci- Ciampino Airport". The pick service from airport is chargeable. The hotel offers Laundry service (at cost).

- Classic double room offers one double bed or two twin beds with air conditioning, alarm clock, balcony/terrace, cable/satellite TV, color TV, ensuite/private bathroom, hairdryer, Internet access, jacuzzi in some room, laundry service - at cost, mini bar, non-smoking rooms, room service, safe in room and telephone. Classic Rooms are the basic rooms with good value rates all with the same standards of comfort as the Superior Rooms. Some Classic Rooms are located in the main building - Via Condotti 85, with courtyard view - some others are located in the annex building - Via Condotti 48, with Via Condotti view or courtyard.

Deluxe Rooms have Jacuzzi bath tub and some have original 17th century frescoes on the ceiling.

- Located on the high fashion street Via dei Condotti, the Inn at the Spanish Steps is an ideal home-away-from-home. Countless cultural heritage sites are within walking distance.
This is also the heart of the fashion district, home to the exclusive stores of Armani, Bulgari, Buccellati, Cartier, Ferragamo, Gucci, Hermes, Prada, Valentino, and others. Made-to-order men's tailoring establishments are also in the near neighborhood, as are the peppy younger fashion houses. Tucked into side streets are fine restaurants, beloved old-fashioned "trattorie", and trendy wine bars. The courteous staff are available to arrange limousine service and sightseeing tours. A subway (Metropolitana) stop is one block away. Through an escalator and moving sidewalk system, it provides morning joggers easy access to the green spaces with beautiful umbrella pines of the historic Villa Borghese park. A large American-owned gym with swimming pool is also located near the Metropolitana station.

If you like to be treated like an unwelcome guest, stay here.
Staff was very unfriendly. They made no effort to make us feel welcome, and we are easy going people. We booked through a well known web travel booking site, the rooms were not the cheapest rooms in Rome, they still charged extra for coffee, breakfast, and internet service. The cleaning staff were the only friendly faces we saw working there. Location was good if all you wanted to do was shop. Tourists we met had much nicer things to say about their hotels and locations.
