service inexistant

chambre diponible 12h00 etait toujours pas prete a 13h00, manque des ampoules au lustre, salle de bain : seche cheveux cassé,ecoulement douche risque d innondation, pommeau de douche tient par l operation du st--esprit ,lunette des wc mal fixée, 1 savonette et 1 petit tube de shampoing pour 3 jours,serviettes de bain pas changée une seule fois, verre a dent en plastique fendu pas changé non plus.Sur 3 jours chambre faite 1 seule fois!!!! Jamais vu personne a la reception personnel inexistant. petit déjeuner ,pas de jus d orange,plus de couteaux ,service tres lent 10mn pour avoir 1 café,etc,etc,bref valable juste pour dormir,literie bonne.
