The staff was great, really helpful and accomodating. We stayed at the hotel with our 9m old baby and the staff made our stay stress free. It is a bit far from town but it is ideal if you have young children as the rooms are specious and there is plenty of space for them to crawl or play in the hotel. I would def stay there again.

I was in Turin to visit friends and they suggested the Jolly Ambasciatori, which I think is now called NH. The location was fantastic, a one minute walk from the metro (the Turin metro is FAB, you feel like you are in a sci-fi movie, everything is clean and automated), and a ten minute walk to the Porta Susa railway station (where you feel like you are in a movie about the Wild West--Susa is not my favorite railway station). This hotel really deserves all its four stars, it is big, the staff is super professional, it is gleaming, all the furniture, carpet and whatnot is classy and in perfect condition, and the bed was huge and very very comfortable. Breakfast is really very complete, with everything you could want and more except, alas! for a decent cup of coffee. It is ironic that you cannot get good coffee in a hotel in Italy. I think that European hotel owners must truly believe that Americans like bad coffee and they try to accommodate us. But there is a bar literally 10 steps away that has great coffee with the great coffee smell so the coffee should not deter you from staying at this fantastic hotel. I slept great all three nights and I got a fantastic rate, and I only wished I could stay longer. The only tiny thing was the a/c thing, you can't set the fan to keep blowing and so it switches on and off which I find a little annoying noise-wise.

We selected this hotel due to the close proximity to the train station, but the immediate area was not safe at night.
We had two rooms. Only one had a small shower.
The rooms were clean and comfortable except for the lack of shower.
No food or drinks were available at 7:30 at night. Although this hotel was supposed to have room service and a restaruant/bar, nothing was available during the evening. This was a problem.
The beds were not comfortable.

staff was very friendly and helpful. not a bad place to stay. a little bit aways from the train station on line 9 è12 stops+ but manageable. the price did not include breakfast so we went to the streets for that.

This is a very good property, both for business and leisure clients. Buffet aperitif is served to the hotel guests free of charge every day from Monday to Thursday from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m. This hotel also has meeting rooms for business conferences. 04/08 S.R. This is an historical building of the 19th century with a cream facade. The hotel is located only few steps from Porta Nuova train station and the historical centre.

インターネット込みでしたが、コネクトが入らない。フロントは、夜間1人なので確認や直しは明日になる、との返事。
が、夜半過ぎに気が付きましたが、ワイヤレスでした。いかにも有線ランのようにケーブルやアウトプットが机にあるのですが、案内不足だと思う。TVもだめでした。ベッドはキングサイズでマットも程よいのですが、部屋は狭く、部屋中ベッドのようでした。
それ以外は、まあまあでした。朝食も私の好みのヨーロッパタイプで、多種類のチーズやフルーツがありました。

When we checked in at the hotel, it was only around 12:30 p.m. I had just gotten off of a very long plane ride from the United States. Since a regular double room wasn't available yet, the hotel clerk upgraded us because he knew I was tired and needed a nap. We greatly appreciated this. I thought the room was nice.

Nice clean rooms with all modern fittings. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Good central location for site seeing. Unfortunately would probably not stay again on last two nights the noise from about 1am -3.30am from off duty staff? was very unpleasant and spoilt our holiday.

The hotel staff were tremendous, but the room had a few problems including a non functioning hairdryer. Breakfast was average but plentiful. Good location

You'd expect a little more for a 4* hotel - though not overly pricey, the room wasn't spacious, the decor wasn't impressive and the breakfast only average. However, the hotel has a reasonably good location going for it, and decent service. Somewhere between a 3* and 4*

inexpensive but surprisingly comfortable

It is an out of town hotel with nothing of particular interest nearby, I wouldn't use it as a base to explore the area simply because it really is in the middle of nowhere! However, we were extremely happy with the Hotel Del Parco. It was immediately obvious that the hotel was family run and we were welcomed by the owner who spoke reasonable English and also French. The staff all spoke English to varying degrees but we had no problems conversing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated/furnished and the bathroom had all the expected fixtures and fittings. The restaurant lacked an evening ambiance as it looked more like a cafe and the menu was basic but the meals were amazing, great homecooked traditional italian food! The included breakfast was Italian-continental and there was plenty of choice. We parked our motorbike right at the front of the hotel on the secure car park which is covered extensively by cctv, we felt very safe. The only worry we had was that when we unfortunately got a little lost on the way to the hotel and discovered that it is definately in a most unsavoury part of town, despite being a very rural area you need to beware of almost naked prostitutes sitting on plastic chairs at the side of the roads around the area looking for business!

Hotel molto carino e pulito ma non bisogna avere eccessive pretese. Gestori molto simpatici, rilasciano regolare ricevuta fiscale (era da mesi che non ne vedevo una, non sapevo più neppure come erano fatte). Zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi da Stupinigi e a una ventina di minuti di auto dal parcheggio Caio Mario (ideale se si vuole visitare Torino con i mezzi pubblici). Scelta economica ma rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Consigliato per i pellegrini che vogliono visitare la Sacra Sindone evitando gli alberghi costosi della città.

ottimo hotel un poco decentrato ristorante non consigliato se ci sono gruppi in quanto servizio molto lento circa 1 ora dall'ordinazione per mangiare. la camera a tre letti ha il letto matrimoniale alla francese un po piccolo. vicino c'e un supermercato .

This is a very modern hotel. The room was small, but comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff was friendly, but the desk was sometimes understaffed. The drawbacks of the hotel were that it was in a somewhat tough neighborhood, about a 20 minute or so walk from the city center (not too scary, but working class, with several apparently unemployed men lingering nearby). It is near a tram line. Wifi internet access was dubious -- if it existed, I couldn't figure out how it worked, which seemed surprising in such a modern place. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant. The hotel is a little isolated, and since it was rainy, we ate in the Hotel restaurant, which was easily the worst meal we had in Italy....about on par with a mediocre school cafeteria. The hotel can't change its location, but with a good restaurant and good, free wi-fi, I would have given it another star!

We visited Turin specifically to visit the Shroud museum. The room was spacious and the hotel was beauriful.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, elegant decor, clean. Single room a bit small, missing some basics like a hook in bathroom to hang things, and space to put toiletries limited. was not much room to put clothes in a drawer either, so a bit cramped. Breakfast excellent, service is ok. Overall quiet, but can hear people from room above.
