Convenient location
Conveniently located and friendly welcome. Rooms comfortable and clean. Parking is limited and first come first served. Good base to take public transport into Venice. Breakfast was average. More choice of cereals and hot food would increase appeal.

OK for the price - but....
The desk was very helpful and sold bus tickets to Venice which one can puck up across the street - very convenient. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The evening meal was pricey for what you received. The room was cozy , small, nice tile bathroom, but the walls were thin so as to hear your neighbors. Also, during the night someone was knocking at my door and trying to enter. Not sure how he got the room mixed up. Neighborhood was quiet and not much going on any places to visit.

Great hotel, great location
Very friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English so we had no misunderstandings. It's a $35E cab ride from the cruise dock,just across the the causeway to the mainland from Venice and halfway to the airport. It's also one city bus ride (from across the street) back into Venice where you can catch the Valporettos to travel the grand canal. It's a lovely hotel with an enchanting lobby. The free breakfast is in the restaurant upstairs. The room is a good size for two and very clean. We would recommend it and would definitely go back.

Long walk from hotel
buy an all day bus pass and travel the bus and waterways easily. Once you are in St. Mark's area there is a lot of walking so wear good shoes and take time to people watch.

Wonderful staff, great location!
Just outside Venice in Mestre so closer to airport and much cheaper. 1 EU for easy busride into Venice; bus stop right across the street. Train station nearby also as well as a grocery store. Several small restaurants, a gelato place and a laundromat w/in walking distance. We were volcano refugees after a 16 day cruise; hotel honored our internet rate for five extra days and were exceptionally kind and helpful. We'd stay again!

Exceeded our expectations
We expected a tiny European style hotel room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size. It was great! The fitness room was an added bonus!

Quiet location, close to transportation
Away from the crowds and noise of Venice, but close enough to hop on the bus and be there within minutes. Close to bus and rail service to other towns, as well as Venice. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were immaculate.

Kurztrip nach Venedig
Sehr gute Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, ansonsten klassisches Business Hotel, Sauber, bequem, das Personal leider ein wenig zu kühl; für einen Venedigurlaub jedoch ein ideales Hotel und günstig !
