Poudre aux yeux

tout d'abord notre chambre n'était pas dans l'hotel, mais dans un bâtiment à 50 m... rien a voir avec les photo du site. A l'intérieur des chambres , tout est de la poudre aux yeux , rafistolage, manque d'ampoule, éléments cassés et non réparé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, salade de fruit en boite, oeufs brouillés froid, toast de la veille etc..... la chambre donnait sur la salle du petit déjeuner, donc le matin réveillé par le bruit des tasses et de la machine à café et ceux pendant les 4 nuits. Cet hôtel n'est pas digne de ces 4 étoiles, je ne peux donc pas le recommander.

un bon choix

Bon hotel très bien placé dans le quartier du Castello à 2-3 minutes de la place St Marc comme du Pont du Rialto,assez difficile à trouver,personnel professionnel,excellent petit dejeuner,chambre sous les toits pas évidente pour les grands (attention aus poutres et donc aux bosses) et surchauffée Ensemble très correct et à recommander

Bon séjour

La première chambre que l'on nous a proposée étaient très petite. Le personnel de l'hôtel a immédiatement réagi à notre déception en nous proposant une autre chambre tout à fait convenable. Hormis ce petit désagrément, notre séjour a été agréable. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale pour découvrir Venise. Le personnel est compétent et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Cet hôtel est donc d'un bon rapport qualité-prix.

A recommander absolument !

Hôtel parfait, propre, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, petit dej à volonté délicieux. Hôtel merveilleusement bien situé (proche de st marc et rialto, dans un coin tranquille), mais pas facile à trouver la première fois Seul "hic", il serait bien qu'un 4 étoiles offrent le wifi, ce qui n'est pas le cas .. 15mn = 2euros

Troisième séjour touristique à Venise (retraités)

Séjour excellent et hôtel très apprécié. Jolie chambre très confortable et bien équipée mais pas très grande (et WC dans la salle d'eau). Petits déjeuners classiques mais variés et excellents et serveuses rapides et aimables. Réception moins souriante et peu empressée mais souvent francophone. A 5 mn seulement de Saint-Marc et des vaporetti MAIS difficile à trouver au début ...

Rien à redire et romantique !

La 1ere chambre proposée était "moyenne" mais nous avons demandé à changer et là, belle surprise ! Grande, spacieuse, romantique à souhait ! On a été ravis. + personnel très accueillant et petit déjeuner super ! On recommande vivement cet hotel pour sa déco, son accueil et sa localisation.

Allez à la Giudecca et savourez un délicieux repas sur les quais en face de Venise à l'arret du Vaporeto "Palanca". Accueil chaleureux.

mitigé

Positif : localisation, petit-déjeuner et propreté de la salle de bains. Négatif : pour un 4 étoiles, nous étions logés dans une chambre sous les toits :espace très réduit donc, il fallait éviter de se cogner la tête. Le lit était coincé entre 3 murs : il fallait y aller à 4 pattes au fond et enjamber son conjoint pour se lever pendant la nuit. Cette chambre ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles annoncé.

all'ultimo momento con 1 ora di

all'ultimo momento con 1 ora di preavviso siamo stati spostati in un altra struttura per probelemi tecnici?!la nuova struttura non era dello stesso livello di quella prenotata con grande rammarico. il giorno successivo siamo stati obbligati a un cek out fuori orario con ulteriori disagi. non consiglio a nessuno la struttura vista la poca serietà e professionalità dimostrata.
