Great for the price.
Simple, but nice and clean hotel on a main street. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is good if you want to avoid downtown Venice, since this hotel is in Mestre, which is easy access from the main train station. Bus stop outside the door of the hotel to Mestre bus center, then easy 20 minute ride by public bus to Venice. Breakfast a bit sparce. Still a great value for the price, compared to hotels in Venice.

Great Hotel & Excellent Location
We recently stayed in this hotel for four nights with our kids and had a very pleasant experience. This is a small, family owned hotel in the heart of Mestre, a city in close proximity to Venice. The location is excellent and very close to all bus and train services to Venice. In fact, the bus service to & from Venice is just across the street and very convenient (#7 Service). Train station is about a five minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were relatively spacious and clean (including the bathrooms)and the small staff was very helpful. [...], the owner and manager was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and advising on our travel plans and local attractions and services. The hotel also provides free basic breakfast of coffee/cappuccino, croissants and orange juice. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and highly recommend this relatively inexpensive hotel for couples and families who are visiting Venice for the first time.

A day in Venice
Nice clean basic room with very helpful staff. Bus across the street goes right to old Venice in 20 minutes for 1.6 Euros. We were going on a cruise and went a day early to see Venice - this worked out well.

Clean Cheap and Convenient
This was a budget hotel for a trip to Venice in the high season. The hotel is in Mestre, on the mainland, but was convenient for Venice. It only took 15 minutes by the frequent, cheap and clean bus service. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and very helpful with information about Venice. My room was pleasant, clean and fairly quiet and the other guests pretty civilised. Breakfast was functional, but coffee good. It serves perfectly for someone who wants to spend all their time in Venice. The direct bus stops running from Venice at 9.15pm, but there is a later one that stops at Mestre Station, which is near the hotel (about 8-10 minute walk). I believe that you can also get the train direct to Venice. Hotel Tito is also close to local and good restaurants; I recommend Bepi's Restaurant nearby in Mestre. Although it would be nice to stay in Venice, for the budget traveller in high season this was an excellent choice. It's on Via Capuccina, on the right if you are walking away from the station.

ACTV have a dedicated bus airport bus, which does not stop. It costs 5 Euros. However, there is a normal bus, which takes longer, but is only 1.20 Euros.

Good hotel located at Mestre just
Good hotel located at Mestre just next to bus stop. Bus no. 7 can get you straight to Piazzale Roma in Venice and it was about 15 minutes only. Bus no. 9 goes to Railway station at Mestre. From there bus no. 15 goes straight to airport Marco Polo. Clean and friendly hotel, breakfast in italian style, it means light and sweet. I could stay there again.

Very Nice Vacation Spot!
The hotel was great and very clean. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only thing that would've made it more enjoyable would be a slightly different breakfast choice a few days. Other than that, it was very enjoyable. The walls are thin, but I think if we had been on the 2nd or 3rd floor that we would've been happier. It was great on floor one in that we didn't have to climb the stairs, but we had kids next door that were very loud in the morning. That's just kids though! Very happy with this choice and would recommend it highly!!

The bus stops right out front and will take you to Venice. We found the short walk to the train station was very beneficial. Very quick trip to Venice and comfy as well.

Great hotel in Mestre
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The management were really friendly and helpful. The location is probably it's best feature - while it is outside of Venice, it's much cheaper than staying in the city, it's only a couple minutes' walk from the station (which means the area is a lot safer/nicer), and there's a quick, convenient bus that takes you straight into Venice just across the street. The room was clean and big, with a comfortably sized bathroom, and the breakfast was small but nice (croissant, cappuccino, OJ, etc.). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to save money who doesn't mind staying on the mainland. The drawbacks: no really close restaurants and no internet. But I found some good places for both within walking distance.
