Overlooking the famed Rialto Bridge on Venice's Grand Canal, Hotel Marconi offers guests convenient access to the city's major historic and artistic sights and the attraction of modern Venice's bustling open markets and characteristic shops. One of the city's few exclusive hotels in the 1930's, Hotel Marconi offers 26 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and all of the modern amenities. Within an inviting atmosphere of Old-World ease and charm, guests can enjoy a hot buffet in the sunny breakfast room or relax in the waterfront bar along the Grand Canal. In every moment, the courteous staff is available to provide information and tips and help guests fully enjoy their sojourn in Venice. The hotel offers airport transfer, bar, Internet access-high speed, lobby, non-smoking rooms, reception, room service, safe deposit box and tour desk. Breakfast included.

A tax has been imposed by the city for stays beginning 1 October 2012, and will be collected directly at the property. The tax ranges from EUR 1 to EUR 5 per person, per night. The amount has been determined by the local administration, depends on the star rating of hotel and the season of travel. This tax does not apply from the 6th consecutive night of stay onwards, to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Please note that further exemptions may apply. Great hotel, great price and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 days at the Marconi. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly at all times. The room, although no canal view was large and comfortable with a well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and the dining room staff couldn't have been more organized and helpful. Over all a great place to stay with or without a large family in a wonderful central location.

The main attractions can be very crowded with long lines,. so start early

Petite auberge très bien située

Prix pour un mois de décembre excellent. Situation de l'auberge excellente. Petit déj correct. Chambre correct. Acceuil sympa.

très bon emplacement

hotel très bien placé , à coté du pont Rialto , le mobilier est vieillot , notre chambre donnait dans une impasse , en face d'un mur . A recommander pour un court séjour car on peut facilement visiter tout Venise à pieds ou en vaporetto .

quelques bon s restos que l'on peut retrouver dans les guides , éviter de vous restaurer près de la place st marc , les prix sont réellement exorbitants

exellent restaurant derriére l hotel a 12 euros le menu changeant chaque jour, boisson incluse
