Situated in central position: the best cheap prices at only 10 minutes by boat from lido to S.Mark's Square. Boats leaves every 10 minutes 24/24 a day.
Boat stations to/from Saint Mark's Square located 200 meters.
The hotel also offers Lobby, Reception.

Hotel directly reachable by car, catching a ferry boat line which leaves every 40 minutes. You can avoid to carry the bags with you all around Venice staying in an hotel located 10 minutes by boat to Saint Mark's Square (the venetian historical center). Remember that coming by car if your hotel is not reachable directly you have to park your car approx 2 km away from Venice, paying approx. 30.00 Euro per day, then carry your bags with you then catch a public boat then walk again to the hotel (which most of the time are located far from the boat station).

A very basic stay
If you are looking for a base to just sleep and explore it will be perfect. Would not recommend if you have children.

worst coffee ever!
The hotel is on the main drag to the beach, it is bland, soul-less and has a comedy coffee machine which delivers something a bit like gravy with a hint of soap. Next door is a restaurant which despises tourists with a passion.100 metres away,in the square,a bit of real Italy survives, with old men drinking aperatifs, and truck drivers stopping for an expresso. Riding the Vaporetta between the islands, and watching the cruise ships drift by, dwarfing the domes of Venice made up for the seamless commercialisation of the streets. 20 years ago Venice had a reason to be, there were offices, workers, ship brokers, insurance offices, secretaries, fat men in grey suits. Now there is nothing but snow globes; key rings, masks, and glass giraffes. No-one seems to live there anymore.

I would like to start off by saying
I would like to start off by saying that I have stayed in many a low budget hotel and do not think that I have exceedingly high expectations... after all, you can't expect the world at rock bottom prices. That said, I still think there are some standards to be had. I have no complaints at all about service received or the location. The hotel was easy to find and in an easy to reach area from the water taxi. Cleanliness was a bit iffy however. We did see a woman mopping when we walked in which was a good sign, but when we entered the room it was very "off" smelling. I could not tell if this was due to uncleanliness or a hot stagnant sort of smell. (It's in the dead of summer and the room had been closed up with no AC or fan for any sort of movement.) I would recommend staying at Pensione Seguso. Its also in Venice and I LOVED it.

It was a good place ton stay on Lido, vaporetto is very close, it is on the main street, the staff was polite and helpful.

good value budget hotel. Located
good value budget hotel. Located at Lido island and very close to supermarket (Billa) and ferry 'station'. Remember to buy travel card that offers unlimited free travel.

Gladly recommend and will return. Good location, well priced, welcome atmosphere. Modest - even basic - facilities, but if you are in Venice to spend time in your hotel room you are more or less missing the point. Careful checking out in a hurry - the taxi driver line of 'I have no change...'

the hotel has no lift and its
the hotel has no lift and its hard getting the suitcase up.it has no air condition but the large windows in the room helped a lot.the stuf is notnice at all.i asked from the guy at the reseption how can i call to him if i need anything and he told me not to call more then once because after that he will not answer... to sum up, for the price i paid i got a good deal.
