Food was a disaster. The staff was great I guess they just don’t have the budget for a decent meal. Horrible food: cakes were dry, chicken was chopped to make into more pieces leaving splints of bone spread in the plate, stews of suspicious origins, jerk chicken was never present in any meal. The desserts were one word dry beyond recognition. Not one meal was worth trying. The place overall can be described as a low budget, one star resort. Nothing to go back for…

We traveled with three small children but the weather wasn't the best. The resort itself is what we were expecting from all of the other reviews....it was in need of updating and not cushy by any means. We went for the beach and pools and they were both great when it wasn't raining. Our fault for not checking what it would be like this time of year. There was plenty to do and the kids had fun. The food was blah and there is jerk chicken only offered from 1to 3 each day which was very disappointing.

This time our visit to Breezes Trelawny was really fun. Our 2 year old had a ball! Last time we visited there, was when she was only 6 months old. She doesn't really remember it, and couldn't really partake in any of the fun. She sure made up for it this time around. She loved the beach, the pools, the food, the spaciousness of the hotel in general, the music... her big bed. There wasn't really anything she didn't like. And my husband and I have stayed there numerous times. It's always our first choice.

Staff not very friendly at all, gym equipment not working, elevators not always working

We arrived in the airport 1210 and were shuffled into a Breezes Room where we had the start of our long wait.... they said we were checking in there making our arrival to the resort smoother! what a joke over an hour stuck at the airport doing nothing but waiting... then to the next LONG wait at last my family was to get our room 545pm! We were told by [...]the manager, we would be changed to a cottage 2 days cuz they were not available yet, later when he came back then he said I never said that ! [...]the general manager was helpful and tried to make it up to our group by giving us a boat ride for our group nice but no music or not enough beer or punch for the entire group that came the boat held 45.We travel every year at spring break with a group of friends, this year was our biggest group yet 51 people. All have their own horror stories!!!!We made the best of everything as there was no other choice. elevators ALWAYS broke, MOLDY smell in every room, broken lights, bugs in the rooms and in the beds on the ceiling everywhere! They did exterminate blowing gas everywhere whlie people were walking thru it! The worst thing really was the staff!They were so constantly rude & Lazy. No supervisor anywhere seeing this. I spent many hours waiting to speak with the manager for different reasons, we lost medicine while changing our room No one seamed to care that it was lost. WE were amazed how rude this staff was everywhere in the resort...They would never make eye contact even if you were right in front of them weather at the bar or at the pool or in the restraurants. I waiting at the omelete station for 15 mins then the woman said were not open yet even though it was 745 and the buffett opened at 730! I was not gonna move because if i did i would have to wait even longer! The food was good at the buffet good, salad bars well stocked good variety the blue cheese was amazing!The Japanese restraurant was great the cheifs sang and made it a blast but again the hostess and wait staff was mean and uncompromising! chasing us down for changing seats or coming a minute late,we had 51 people to keep organized.The Italian restraurant same story very strict on where and how many could be seated even though the restraurant was EMPTY! They would argue and turn guests away...The pools were filthy, the woman at the towel station was mean and canceling boat trips if we all were not there 15 minutes waiting.... they spent a lot of time on the waiver to sign but not the same time getting you on a boat or doing the activity you were siging your life away to do. We barely stayed at the pool, the re was no music or activities for the kids even though the Activity Board had a filled out list of things to do.There was a nice swim up bar at one pool in the SHADE and was NEVER OPENED! That is the one they show on the web site what a joke . I dont know how this place is still in business! The beach was nice but VERY small and full of sea weed. My son left a pair of shoes on his chair and went in the ocean and came back to the seat and they were taken in a short amount of time. The security guard on the beach was helpful but never found them. We had lobster on the beach was great, we made the best of everything because we had each other to laugh and joke but we did spend a lot of money for all this much dissappointment in everything!What a dissappointment we will never use online travel again we have been very lucky in the past but this one took us to the bank! What a shame [...]lost future business from this group. We will be booking another trip for our group soon but with guarded decisions

This resort was fun-filled with many activities to keep you both busy day and night. During the day the activity directors kept my kids busy with dance competitions, games, etc. Also, included was snorkeling, banana boat rides and other water activities. The food was outstanding!!!! Even though you had to eat at the buffet for breakfast and lunch it was like sitting down to a nice restaurant and being waited on. The Japanese restaurant was amazing!! All of my kids had a great time!!! Lots of sun, food and great beverages had by all in are party of 12 from the chicagoland area.

Beach is wonderful. Real layed back resort.

The only thing nice about this resort is the staff very nice. Other then that do not waste your money!

We were there for a wedding. The all-inclusive experience is really not what we like. The food was excellent in most cases. The wedding site was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I was a little disappointed in the room. It was very clean, but needed many repairs.
