My mom is 85, she had a great time spending her mother's weekend at this hotel, she was able to get around very well with her wheel chair. The staff was very nice and caring to her. Thank you!

Total great experience front dest could be more curtious. Not the friendliest to be the first contact. But overall I had a great stay....

Before booking our stay, I read the reviews and felt very apprehensive. When away, I consider security, cleanliness, staff attitude etc. None of these were favourable in the reviews. We needed to be central and did not have a great deal to spend on accommodation as we were visiting at short notice, on a family matter. I was pleasantly surprised – we received a warm welcome. Check-in was prompt and efficient. We requested a room on the tower and this was granted. When we arrived at our room, we were given a quick guide/information on how things worked i.e. the TV, air condition etc. The only concern was the balcony door that was not opening. After attempting to open said door, the Porter called a colleague to rectify – he came and 'fiddled' with the lock for a while and then went away. He returned sometime later, but was still not able to fix. Eventually, he came back the following day and all ended well. Our stay was uneventful. The one thing that I will agree with in the reviews is that the rooms and equipment are in desperate need of updating. This especially applies to the bathroom, some of the furniture, paintwork, and TV. For the amount that we paid for our short stay, I would have expected more 'luxury' surroundings - since it cost us more to stay here than it does for our mortgage in London! Also, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, but when all said and done, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of activities for long staying guests. It appears that the Hotel is going through some ownership changes. Room was clean and okay. No WIfi or MIcrowave. There was a small refrigerator . Obvious upgrade needed for the furnishings etc. As I said it is ok , price wise and convenient if you are doing business in the heart of KIngston. Safe place to stay. Will definitely stay there again.

There is no words to explain my trips. my housekeeper Ms Cinderella was the greatest, and bartenders, Mr Benjamin, Mr Andrew, Mr Kirk and the pool man Mr Michael, they were the nicest people in the world.

Excelent location, close to night clubs and business district.

The room lacked a few extras and the hotel is in desperate need for renovation.

I stayed in rooms at the tower and they are a bit outdated. New furniture and carpeting is needed. It is clean. The restaurants are good and very helpful staff. I got a good price due to the length of stay.

Excellent accommodation. Food quality and selection could be better. Staff at business office was the best. Servers at pool side was not that great. I requested more salad dressing and the waiter disappeared. I call a female waitress for help and she looked at me strangely and attended to another table. One other female came to my table reluctantly and ask me "who is your waiter"? I said that I did not have his name. She walked off without offering to help. Finally the waiter showed up with the salad dressing when I was almost done with my meal. I was not impress!
