NOT A PLEASANT STAY!
Have stayed here 9 times and have to say it gets worse every time! This time the air conditioner was not working and took alot of my time with trying to get it fixed..then got moved to another room where the water only trickled out of the shower! It was way too crowded! They kept running out of glasses ,plates and silverware and towels for the beach ...not to mention a big shortage of beach chairs! Also, the food just keeps getting worse! The only reason I have stayed so many times here is because at the end of our mission trip the group stays here for a couple of days! I hope they read the reviews and fix things! The best part of this place is the workers ...always so nice!

we had a pleasant time here. The rooms were cleaned by 10:30a.m. The food was delicious, so much o choose from. The staff was good with anything we needed, they were all so nice. So many pools so swim in and a hot tub. Overall i loved it and I would definitively stay there. So if your looking for a nice hotel this is it.

Great for the first time
Resort is big and beautiful... The only thing is the rooms dont match the look and amenities of the resort. They arent much to look at or be in. However if you go to spend time on the beach or pool and to enjoy the outside and all you are using the room is to shower and sleep some hours... Then its ok.. Staff was great.. Ohh and the food was ok... could have more variety and the drinks where 2nd shelf but free, and Recommend the Jamaican S*x On The Beach... GREAT DRINK...

Could do better
Although a nice hotel overall, the service lets it down. They obviously need to review their processes, in particular the check in system. Although we asked for a room with two separate beds (I was sharing with my aunt) we were given a room with one bed. I complained (had to queue up yet again) and they said they would bring in a temporary bed and we could change the next day. However I know that a another family had changed rooms the same day, so later on I complained again and yet again was told there were no additional rooms. The next morning I asked again and they had no rooms, till 3pm but if me and my aunt checked out at 11am they would look for something for us. We did not check out as I deemed this a completely unreasonable request considering we had paid for three nights and days accommodation! Later on when I asked for the fourth time they said there would be a room available after 3pm, but as we had not checked out and left our luggage in the reception there would be a $100 charge!!!! I waited to speak to the manager about this who never turned up, instead on the fifth time of asking and over 24hours later I spoke to the one helpfull person in the place who not only found a room for us but also made sure it was ready before getting the bellhop to move our luggage. Unfortunately her name escapes me but she was a senior on the reception and good at her job. Although a nice place overall , the service was very poor on reception , in the restaurants and at the bar.
