Staff at this hotel could communicate

Staff at this hotel could communicate very well in English which made my life easier. Hotel lobby was very impressive. As Halloween is just around the corner, there were lots of local produce at display such as pumpkins, eggplants, etc. All the fruits and vegetables on display had such odd shapes and sizes. Hotel is located very close to Mount Niseko which you can take lots of good photos from the carpark or your room. The hot spring at this hotel was very good. They have 2 types available - indoor and outdoor. You can see Mount Niseko if you choose to use the outdoor hot spring. However, you have to pay a 300 yen hot spring fee upon check-out which was not mentioned anywhere during check in. You have to pay this fee regardless of whether you use the hot spring or not. To get to this hotel, you need a car if you're travelling on your own. It's very deep in the woods. Becareful of deers crossing the road when driving along the road to to hotel. I met 2 along the way.

Nice clean room. Book a room

Nice clean room. Book a room with view of mountain Yotei. After upgrading the room, got a corner room with no view. There is no way to get back to the hotel other than taxi on the last day of winter. The shuttle bus shuts down earlier than the lifts. Was not informed by hotel so anyone planning to go end of the winter season, take note.
