Great Place to stay and not far from Shinjuku
This was a very good hotel. Very clean and business minded. Rooms are small, but that was expected in Tokyo. I would definitely stay there again. One problem - no wifi in the room. My computer doesn't have an ethernet connection, so I couldn't use it. Only wifi is in the lobby.

Perfect Location but the room size is relatively small
I stayed in this hotel from 4/12/13-4/14/13. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the hotel. It is located in a really convenient neighborhood and there are couple major department stores close by. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. I would recommend this room to people who is ok with staying in small room. The JR station is only 3 minutes walk away which is a big plus!

Welcoming stay
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff who spoke excellent English. Hotel itself very nice and in a prime location for exploring Tokyo, with great amenities - the bar and restaurant were great and the free wi-fi, although limited to one area, very useful. Room was slightly small although I understand this is the norm in this part of the world. Bed and pillow also a little hard although again I hear this is common.

The reception girl was rude and mean
I usually had good experience in this hotel, and I am even a member. But this time when I check in with my friend, the reception girl named xxjima was very impatient and unwilling to answer my questions. Both my friend and I felt very uncomfortable with her. I never had situation like this with this hotel. I felt bad because I was the one recommended my friend to stay in this hotel, but I won't recommend this hotel anymore. I am not sure because they started to lower down the standard of service or what. Other than that, the room is clean and location of this hotel is great.

Great location
The hotel is in a very convience location, very close to shinjuku station. If you flight to Narita Airport, you can take the Narita Express directly to the Shinjuku Station. It is close to stores and restaurants. The room was very clean, but really small, I guess it is the best you can get in Tokyo It is great for what you pay.

Great Location
This is a hotel located 5 minutes away from Shinjuku train station, this gives you access to the entire Japan. Rooms are clean, small according with american standards but for a single or a couple is enough. All the rooms are non smoking. Staff is friendly by japanese standards, they speak a decent english. You are walking distance to a large number of stores, foreign and japanese brands. Also, there is a variety of restaurants around this hotel. It is okay for the money.

Great location and good value
The location is great, a couple of blocks south of Shinjuku station -- but it's important to have a map printed out or you won't be able to find it (or have the address printed out in Japanese so someone can help you). Rooms are small but it's Tokyo after all.
