ideal location for St Helier town & beach/marina
we arrived early but our room was ready so we could get in to leave our bags while we started our holiday at the boat show, a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, happy and were always available. They organised a hire car for the last 2 days we were there. Had to queue to be seated for breakfast a couple of times which was disappointing. Dinner menu not great for veggies like me. The food was cooked & presented very well. Air con in bedroom not very good. Pillows were the best i have ever had in a hotel! 5*+

The hotel is in a perfect location with half of its room's over looking the marina and sea and the other half over looking st helier ( although there is some building work starting soon as the hotel is expanding) but don't let this put you off. It is with in a 5 min walk of st helier shopping and restaurents. I will use this hotel again and again. The hotel restaurant serves a lovley buffet breakfast and has a great lunch and dinner menu and a superb bar

Ask hotel staff to recommend a restaurent and book table for you and cab if too far to walk. They are locals and know where to eat

Great hotel for a rugby tour
The staff were great from the receptionists to the roomstaff to the dining room and bar staff - all very helpful and courteous.Well done all of you. The hotel has a fantastic position on the sea front with good access to the town of St Hellier. The breakfasts were excellent - commented on by all our group. If and when I have the opportunity I will certainly come again.

Great Place to stay
Was over for a business trip so only stayed the night but hotel location was great - room comfortable and food of the usual Radisson high quality.
