Excellent !
A very good experience. Excellent for business men, but equally for visitors. Good security. It is centrally located on the 3rd circle Jabal Amman. Friendly and very helpful staff -privacy and discretion was shown. The restaurants were good - the Vietnamese was enjoyable. It has been one of my best hotel stays. I even got upgraded !

Short drive from hotel
Go for an evening meal at 'Romano's' for great Italian food. For lunch Centro for a great food and a lively atmosphere. Both are near the 4th Circle Jabal Amman and 5JD taxi ride- dine with Amman's elite. They are very busy - so try and get the hotel concierge to help you book a table.

Shabby Splendour
Great, spaces , needs re furbishig on interior design , needs more casual , less expensive, cafeteria,coffeeshop,, dinning that would help bring people in to EAT.... .A VERY SO SO place..

Dated Splendour
It was Kind to be upgraded to a suite on arrival. However under the current conditions no one seems to be visiting this part of the world. Thus the hotel was empty and had a shaby , " needed to be refurbished,," feel. Would be great full of guests ,THEREAGAIN, where wouln"dt in the middle east these days ??

Great experience.
Really nice hotel with great stores and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and service was great. I would stay there again.

This is a nice hotel, no doubt,
This is a nice hotel, no doubt, but it is not like the Grand Hyatts in the Gulf region. The food and beverage outlets were good to very good, and we particularly liked the Lounge which is open all day for coffee, snacks, small meals and drinks. The breakfast was great, too. The rooms let the hotel down - the beds are hard and the airconditioning noisy.
