Excellent break
It was our first visit to Jordan and Amman and we loved it. Nice people and good weather even in December! We stayed at Le Meridien and liked it. Rooms are spacious, hotel is clean and their spa is excellent and free for guests. I have to mention here the friendly staff who were ready to help all the time. One thing I wished to see in the hotel and that is free Wi-Fi at the Reception area which which they have but for a price; not what we see in most hotels around the world nowadays. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors of Amman.

Great Value, great hotel staff
The hotel was under renovation so not sure what it will look like when it's done but think it will be nice! All the hotel staff were so nice and helpful. Business club was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. For the price we payed it was a good deal. Definitely would go back and stay there again if we go back to Amman.

If you're looking to go sight seeing in Jordan I would recommend our driver. His name is [...] and his number is 079-7007475. He's an independent driver with a brand new 2010 Toyata Camry. He's a great driver and he knows all the good tourist destinations and accommodations and he gets really good rates. The travel agency we used booked him through his company. The travel agent we used was really bad though, it was called Lawerence Travel. Do not use them, especially if you talk to a man named [...]. He seemed really nice but he ripped us off. Our driver [...] saved our trip! IF you call [...] directly he will give you really good rates. If you call a travel agent they add extra for their costs. Best of luck!!!

I attended a conference that was well planned and organized - rooms were set up properly and good refreshments.However, the fornt desk and office staff were not responsive to resolve any problem. I had major issues with my reservations and pre-payment. The front office refused to acknowledge pre-payment and wanted to charge the full amount again on my credit card. After 3 days of chasing them, they finally called [...] and resolved partial payment - still charged me in the end for some extra charges[...] All this took lots of time and effort from my part - the hotel staff did not make any attempt to resolve whatever issue they have with [...] directly.

J'ai été réellement déçu par cet
J'ai été réellement déçu par cet hôtel et notamment par la mauvaise qualité du service, plus de 20 mn pour faire un check-in, par le manque de propreté (des miettes de pain étaient la a mon arrivée et toujours la a mon départ, toilettes sales) et par la cherté des services (un verre de vin coute 7 euros au restau.
