Hanza Hotel Riga Rooms

- Neutral, modern decor with coordinated patterned fabrics, contemporary furnishings, natural colours. Wooden window shutters, rather than mere curtains, ensure that bright light is excluded from the bedrooms during the summer. Complimentary wireless Internet access throughout the building, flat TV set, satellite TV programs, desk, direct-dial phone. Some rooms have baths and some showers, hair dryer and all bathrooms have under-floor heating.It has 2 twin beds.

Winter Escape
The hotel is located in a slightly remote area but still within walking distance to Old Town and Center of Riga. If you are planning to take taxis (I had to do it a lot) then I would recommend asking the front desk to call for the cheapest taxi service. They will know who to call, if you do it on your own you might overpay for taxis. Excellent Pub downstairs, good free breakfast. Enjoyed it a lot!

Excellant Hotel & Pub Restaurant
The front desk was friendly and very helpful. We ask them a lot of questions and they were always helpful and spoke excellant English. Breakfast was included and I thought quite good with lots of variety. At night the restaurant I thought was excellant and ate most of our evening meals there. Our room was nice with a view of the church and excellant shower and great beds.

Short walk from hotel
The Opera is a short walk or taxi ride and the value for the money is unbelievable. It is a do not miss in Riga experience. It is a shorter walk to old town if you go right from the hotel and right through the central market.

Sehr gute Preisleistung
Für unseren Aufenthalt in Riga buchten wir das Hotel Hanza für 3 Übernachtung inklusive Frühstück. Das Hotel Hanza ist zu Fuss vom Busstopp Stockmann ( Von Linie 22 "Flughafen" aus kommend ) innert 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Markthallen, Tramstationen für die Altstadt innerhalb 3-5 Minuten Fussdistanz. Ein Fussmarsch zur Petrikirche, Schwarzhäupterhaus dauert ca. 15Minuten. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut englisch. Die Zimmer und das Hotel haben einen sehr guten modernen Standart und die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls gegeben. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr zügig im Wiederauffüllen. Ebenfalls ist der sogenannte Hanza Pub für Mittags- und Abendessen zu empfehlen, wirklich eine ausgezeichnete Küche und unbedingt das lettlische Bier probieren.
