Ramada Hotel and Suites Vilnius

hotel accomodations were unsatisfactory, and the price that the Oribiz charged was higher than the one hotel was offering at the time. During our stay from April 23rd to April 28 hotel was offering regular price for the room $120 during the 1st night (Easter Special) and $88 for each additional night. [...]charged us $145 per night during the entire stay from the April 23rd to May 2nd. to make the matter worse, hotel charged us $42 for using the mini bar which we did not use and did not sigfn invoice for. we contacted [...]from Vilnus during our stay but were told to take it up with United States office after our return. We tried on numerous occations and were always transfered to Phillipines call center were they refused to do any kind of adjustments stating that room rates were non-refundable and non-adjustable. We talked to supervisors Jane, Bella and Milla but got no where. we are very dissapointed with the services of both Orbits and hotel. in retrospect, we are talking about a few hundred dollars that could very well put a negative light on the entire situation - which is not worth ruining reputation of the big company like [...]and Ramada. To make things even worse the 5 star hotel down the street was charging $99/night with better accomodationsl. All in all it would be very nice of you to put an end to this entire misunderstanding that is not worth your time or reputation. if this complaint does not get resolved we are seriously considering booking our hotel directly with the management of the formentioned hotel. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and very helpful! And the breakfast bufft is excellent with great choice--and even desserts...

Very well located. Small, nice and quiet hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, though there can be a problem with taxes if you aren't up for going on foot. The breakfast was excellent, and the room well-stocked with amenities. There was some difficulty finding my reservation, however, and they weren't very accommodating with check-in/check-out.

Very professional and hard working staff. Room was small but for the price, I can't expect anything bigger. everything was clean, and air conditioning really saved the night. Gym was small but functional, no pool. location can't be better, hotel fits in with the neighborhood, and there is a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast is yummy, especially because everything seemed very organic and healthy. CNN channel wasn't coming in too well. Satellite needed adjustment.

The hotel was in the best location for visiting sites, fun and quiet. The staff were friendly and coompetent. We enjoyed the Tapa Bar and town. This will alsways be in our memories.

the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and nice and the staff friendly. we enjoyed the baths downstairs.

Peut-être un 5* pour un pays de l'Est, mais... -propreté à améliorer (bouteilles vides sous le lit, chewing gum collé sur le plafond de la salle de bains - certains clients peuvent vraiment être des porcs...!) -accueil désorganisé (un réceptionniste à la fois) -pas de piscine et accès au spa payant hormis tôt le matin -petite salle de bains (seulement douche) -déco kitsch (fleurs en plastique, bibelots...) -petite salle pour déjeuner Points positifs: excellent petit déjeuner et bon emplacement

The location is great, just in the old town. The breakfast is also very nice. Facilities in the room is very thoughtful, they have everything I need. Internet is fast and free. The only disadvantage is the bed is too soft. But I really recommend this hotel.
