de l'accueil au check out le séjour a été parfait, compétence, gentillesse et grand professionnalisme de toutes les personnes travaillant à l'hôtel, confort et propreté de la chambre parfaite, excellent petit déjeuner (même si le prix est un peu élevé!) le seul bémol est la localisation, proche de la gare mais pas d'indications...carte ou GPS recommandé.

Great location, right in front of the train station and a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Room was pretty large as well as a large king size bed. Pretty expensive, but in comparison to other Hotel prices in Luxembourg it was pretty good.

Lovely, large hotel but outside of the city so inconvenient. Hotel staff very accommodating although my room was never vacuumed and waste-baskets not dumped. Buffet breakfast expensive. No continental breakfast. Concierge service extremely helpful. Staff very welcoming.

The hotel was close to downtown - about a 5 minute bus ride for 1.50 euro. The room was very clean and modern. Free parking, free movies in the room, free WiFi. Overall I was very pleased.

We stayed 6 weeks after the hotel opened and we were really impressed. The rooms are minimal and contemporary with everything you need and much larger than the standard rooms in Europe. The breakfast is a bit expensive, but of a high quality. Parking is a bit difficult to find, but safe and secure. The location is great with everything literally on your doorstep. Whilst we didn't stay long, our stay was very comfortable and if we were to go back to Luxembourg we would stay here again

Hotel has no leisure centre, no swimming pool, or sauna, just a small gym. In the evening there is nothing to do in the hotel. At reception poor information about local atractions. Basic courtesy.

There was a party in the bar 8th floor on Saturday which was very loud. We could hear the bass in our room on the 2nd floor! Party went on until at least 01:00. Except for this, a nice hotel and well situated in the Luxembourg city.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone, especially if your primary mode of transportation is the train. Parking a car can be a little confusing as the car-park is a few blocks away.

The bathroom was nice - newly fitted and modern but extremely small. When sitting on the WC your knees hang over the shower tray! The room itself was quite old and dingy. There were holes in the curtains and the carpet and furniture were worn. Free WiFi is advertised on the web but you need to ask at reception for a code to access every 24 hours this which is not explained in the room information. There was no room safe, tea making facilities or air conditioning. The stairways were dingy too but the public areas were better.
The staff were helpful. The location was excellent, directly opposite the railway station. Overall not very good value for money

Convenient location, but noisy

Travelled on business w/ colleague and then joined by my husband. The 2 rooms I had were vastly different in comfort levels and size, despite their being the same price category. My colleague and I were jammed into a very small room, with no coffee-maker and not even a fan could be found on the blazingly hot nights we spent there. Even ice was scarce, and had to be gotten in tiny amounts. The first room was lower down, and extremely noisy on the street side. Hard to sleep w/o ear plugs. Although, it was World Cup week, so not the hotel's fault for some of the noise, but because of NO air-conditioning, the windows had to be open. Second room had a coffee maker, and finally we got a fan. Also larger and more private on upper floor. Expensive restaurants in hotel were empty, while other local places were booked. I'd suggest finding a lower priced chef. Excellent breakfast and nice staff. Close to train station, and center of historic Luxembourg City. Staying there in cooler season might solve some of the above issues, but ice machine really necessary. Clean and well-maintained, but maybe a little below its 4-star ranking.

City centre location was great, easy access to public transport, bars, restaurants, etc. However, I arrived to find no room available until next day and was moved to another hotel for my first night(appears to be standard practice).No double glazing meant constant street noise - day and night. The TV reception was abysmal and internet connection in this day and age should be easy and free!Would I stay here again? Probably not

An excellent hotel in the very heart of Luxembourg city. 10/08 A large, sand coloured building The hotel is located in the city centre, approximately 2km from the central station. It's close to the financial district of Luxembourg city.

Great location with easy walk into the old town. Impeccable service, very helpful and friendly concierge and wonderful breakfast. The decor is a little dated but rooms are clean and functional. Would stay here again.

Frühstücksbuffet, schönes Zimmer und nur 2 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Leider war das Zimmer auf
die Hauptstrasse gerichtet, die Fenster sind zu wenig dicht. Die ganze Nacht konnte man den Motorfahrzeuglärm sehr gut hören.

The 3 star Hotel consists of a number of interconnecting period houses totaling 40 rooms all fully equipped to modern standards. Amenities include spacious bath or shower rooms; telephone; television; fridge; safe and alarm clock. We have supervised private parking available at a charge. We also offer you a sumptuous buffet breakfast with many homemade products to ensure the best start to your day. A sauna is available free of charge and in addition for sports enthusiasts we have signed an agreement with Passage Fitness allowing our guests use of the gym at a low charge. Additional Information; Children age 6 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children age 7-14 pay 20 EUR. Children over this age will be considered an adult. The hotel reserves the right to without prior notification cancel any reservation with an invalid or incomplete credit card number.

Location is very convenient, staff really kind, but facilities missing; the hotel has no restaurant, but they can provide sandwiches or pizza and bring them to your room (the pizza was really bad, didn't dare to try the sandwiches). When they clean your room, they bring the heater to the minimum, so when you come back in the afternoon, you freeze. You pay what you get.

The conditions offered by the hotel are good and the price can be considered as reasonable for Luxembourg. It is about 10 km from the city center so it's fine if you need to stay close to the airport or if you have a car.
