Good Price for Good Location
We only stayed at the hotel for a single night, but the experience at the hotel was very good. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but the hotel is in Europe, so, it should be expected. The staff was very friendly and the bar service was good. The room was spacious for Europe and the location relative to touristy spots was pretty good. It does require a 15 minute walk, but the walk is very agreeable with things to see along the way. A bus is an alternative to walking.

Luxembourg Hotels
Great location, right in front of the train station and a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Room was pretty large as well as a large king size bed. Pretty expensive, but in comparison to other Hotel prices in Luxembourg it was pretty good.

Lovely hotel with nice clean rooms
Lovely hotel with nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Only downside was the price for breakfast, rather steep I think at 18euros, was nice but I certainly didn't eat that much.

Good all round, friendly and close
Good all round, friendly and close to all local amenities. I would stay again but breakfast was expensive at 18euros.

Mercure Alfa Hotel Luxembourg
I would say the hotel was good enough (not value for money though). The stuff was very friendly and helpful even though some of them refused to speak English (which is quite annoying for a non-French speaker). Overall a good expirience. The location was very helpful

Luxembourg hotel
Hotel was across the street from the train station. Very convenient for travel. A 10-15 minute walk to city center - also convenient. Room was spacious - even for US standards. Train station attracted A LOT of unsavory characters - but we felt safe in the hotel and would use it again. Good value for the price.

The carpet of the room was very dirty. Otherwise the room was cosy and nice, bathroom having lot of space. The breakfast was excellent on Sunday morning!

enjoyed the stay
Excellent location right across the street from the train station and very walkable to the old town. Hotel staff was very friendly and rooms were nice and clean. Also enjoyed the free wifi in the room.

Great Location
This hotel is located directly across from the train station which made leaving Luxembourg on the Eurorail very convenient. We visited Europe for 3 weeks and stayed in this hotel twice, for two nights when we arrived and for two nights prior to our departure. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Airport. The city center and entertainment is only a short walk from the hotel(about 15 minutes). The hotel breakfast is a little pricey considering there is an excellent bakery right next to the hotel. Rooms were a good size, very clean and comfortable. Although we were in two very different rooms for both stays. We booked a double bed online, for the first stay we got two twin beds and an older room but for the second stay we got a queen bed in a renovated room which was very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would definately stay here again.

Outstanding bakery (Fisher Bakery) on the street to the left of the hotel (as you are facing it). The same bakery has another store with outside seating a few hundred feet up the road toward the city center as well.
