The deluxe room was large and

The deluxe room was large and sufficiently equipped. The laminated floor board is certainly cleaner than the usual carpet. The bathroom could do with a bit of updating. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The poorest part of the hotel is the extremely tight basement car park which is very difficult to access to and from the narrow backlane. The hotel should ensure no further parking is allowed at the narrow backlane which makes it worse. Otherwise, a good comfortable hotel with excellent location at Bukit Bintang.

It was an old hotel but the location

It was an old hotel but the location is good . Breakfast was not that good . Service was good and the staff was very friendly.

Check in process took ages and

Check in process took ages and although it was about 4pm I was told the room was not ready. However, before I made a fuss, another room was fine and after that i had no problems at all. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the bed comfortable and the AC efficient and easily adjustable. The view from my room was of the back, which is filthy but not the hotel's fault! The breakfast was fine and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is great for night time food excursions and within easy walking of several major shopping centres. The hotel is well known enough to cause no problem to taxi drivers or tour operators, who were happy to pick up from there. A very good medium range option.

Good, Bad & Ugly

Good location. Close to attractions. Bad room facilties. Ugly WC operations, despite two attempts to get it working by hotel staff.

Very convenient location, walking

Very convenient location, walking distance to shopping malls and monorail station. Room was a bit small but acceptable. Suggest to prohibit ppl smoking in the room, most non-smoking rooms have cigarattes smell.

Nice people at most

Of course there are times you will run into not so happy to see you people, even in the USA. Actually thinking about more so in the USA. My trip was fabolus. The hotel staff at most was very curtious and pleasant. However i found that in this hotel there was no microwave. That I wasn't use to. And yes the refridge is hiden it looks like a cabinet, so for 3 days i thought I had no where to keep my drinks cold. I found it the last day. Oh yes the food in Kuala Lumpur itself is the greatest in the world I think. So all in all i would give them on a sale of 1 to 10. They rate a 8 with me. Let me not forget to add that the rooms where very large. Easy to moe around. Hey you could have a dance party if you like.

You must eat Malaysian food. You will smilpy fall in love with it. It is great.

DELUXE ROOM BUT SPACE IS SMALL. CAR PARKING IS LIMITED & VERY SMALL & UNSAFETY. LOCATION IS NEAR SHOPING MALL & FOOD CENTER (5MIN WALKING) BUT THERE AREA GOT MANY FOREIGNERS. (UNCOMFORTABLE) THERE AREA VERY DIRTY & MESSY FEEL LIKE UNCOMFORTABLE.
