Great Hotel, we stay here everytime

Great Hotel, we stay here everytime we come to KL... the only downside is its a 5 minute walk to bukit bintang the famous intersection. Saying that at the rear of the Crown Plaza they are building a raised undercover walkway which plugs directly into the side of the Pavillion, which is KL's biggest shopping centre.. in the city. The rooms are lovely and bathrooms are all marble.

Could not fault the Crowne Plaza

Could not fault the Crowne Plaza Mutiara KL. The staff were friendly, helpful and obliging. We chose the Executive level with access to Club Lounge (well worth the little extra cost). Would definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

The staff are excellent in the

The staff are excellent in the execution of their duties. One complaint though, the toilet in my room was not working properly and the wash basin was wetting the floor. I had to use a towel to stop the water flowing on to the floor.

The hotel is modern and clean.

The hotel is modern and clean. It is however, due to my personal preference, I did not quite enjoy the open bed-and-bathroom-tolet design of the room that we were in. My husband seemed to be neutral with it though.

A beautiful hotel with close proximity

A beautiful hotel with close proximity to shopping areas with the monorail. Rooms were large and staff very helpful and friendly would definately stay there again.

Very impressed - the hotel staff

Very impressed - the hotel staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The restaurants they suggested for meals were good value even providing us with a printout of various restaurants and sights to see whilst in KL. Facilities are also very good and the buffet breakfast has a great selection of various cuisines. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay here as it also is in the heart of the city with easy access to all areas.

This hotel was amazing. Service

This hotel was amazing. Service was 2nd to none. Right in the center of town. We stayed in a club room which gave you so many extras. I couldn't complain about a single thing. Would stay there again. Great value for money.
