it was good valued stay
everything was fine but the Internet was not included. Had to paid for it. And it was quite expensive too. And the lobby area filled with smell of smoke, I guess a lot of people smoked there.

Very nice hotel in the cente of the city
The Dorsett was a very nice hotel and the price was outstanding. The room was nice and clean with many amenities found similarly in more upscale places. It's centrally located in KL so you can walk to many destinations.

There are many eating places in central KL - LOT 10 and Jalan Alor are very outstanding places with super reasonable prices. You won't be disappointed.

Clean and pleasant room. Staff
Clean and pleasant room. Staff friendly and helpful. Attended to complaints re plumbing promptly and fixed promptly. Excellent location to Pavilion for shopping, eating and entertainment. Only negative comment is that though the room is on a nonsmoking floor, we can smell smoke, perhaps other hotel occupants ignore sign and smoke regardless in their room therefore, that was not good for my lung condition.
