This is the worst hotel i ever stay in my life. I stay at the Deluxe room. I stayed at floor 24A Toothbrush - Such a big hotel and somehow is the tallest hotel in Malaysia KL ( As stated in their paper in the hotel room ) , I actually need to purchase Toothbrush for RM5 .. WAT IS THIS ? .. Didn't hotel should give Guest Toothbrush No matter wat type of room it is ? Other hotel i stayed will give Guest toothbrush for free even budget hotel will give toothbrush for guest for free. Why this hotel need to charge me for that ? Television - The room i stayed. The television is soo small .. it's CRT TV .. OH MY GOASH ! It's like Genting first world hotel the room Television. Somehow , the signal of the channel is not good too. Toilet - The shower heater is making me frustrated. I slightly turn the shower heater , the water is soo hot until it can cook my skin .. if i didn't turn the shower heater , the water is so cold. Air corn - Air corn controller in my room is SPOIL. No matter wat temperature i adjust , it's totally not working at all , So cold until i need to wear jacket. Wat if i fall sick ? Do hotel pay for my medical fees ?

In my first review, I mentioned that sometimes there was no hot water. MY mistake - sometimes you just have to run the water for longer. Maybe it was because I was on the 28th floor. Again, I was extremely pleased with the service, food, and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My one suggestion - I asked for a non-smoking room and there was no smell or sign of smoking in the room. However, I could smell smoke from the adjoining room. Maybe smoking rooms could be restricted to the same floor or, hopefully, eliminated all together.

Great hotel.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes there was no hot water. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful, the food (only had breakfast) was well presented with a lot of choice, and the room was more than adequate.

We would NOT recommend this hotel. First of all, the hotel guest comprise of Asian Indian ( guests. Thus the hotels focuses their service (food,entertainment,decor,staff) to those people. Guest from western countries would not be as comfortable. In addition, we were woken up by room construction noise directly above us, with no prior warning. When we called down to front desk, all they can say was sorry. When we spoke with a manager, all she said was also sorry and that they should have moved us to a different room a day prior...no compensation of any kind was given. THE WOSTE "4 STAR" HOTEL I HAVE EVER STARYED AT!!!!!
