Very comfortable stay, hydro pool
Very comfortable stay, hydro pool amazing. Breakfast selection excellent, the only negative was the coffee was extra and expensive and not good. Other than that, all good. Walk to Monorail or KLCC shopping centre.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel.
I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Location - good; only 5mins away from the Petrona towers/ Suria KLCC (shopping mall) and Avenue K (shopping mall, but not fully opened yet). Hotel is about a 10min drive to Bukit Bintang (where a lot of shopping malls are located), and it's about 17mins walking. Cleaniness/Service - was below average. My room did not get serviced after first night of stay, so I had to call service desk to get my room serviced. Then the following day room was serviced - but was a very pathetic effort - bed got made but pillows weren't arranged nicely, towels weren't folded properly, in fact one hand towel wasn't even replaced with a clean one! Overall - a pretty average stay.

Very good location next to the Twin Towers, wonderful view from the bar at the 13th floor in the evening. Good SPA facilities, good food and service.

Good Location, opposite to Petronas
Good Location, opposite to Petronas Tower. Buffet ok. Reception service just so so. The 13th floor sky lounge at night exclusively for in-house guest, that's very good for taken Petronas Tower photo. Overall is ok.

Good hotel in a great location.
Good hotel in a great location. Nice buffet breakfast and attention to detail. Staff were very helpful. Room was a little small, but otherwise a nice hotel in a very good location if planning a short stay in KL.

I love this hotel! Service is
I love this hotel! Service is very friendly with a personal touch. Rooms are cool, and if you ask they might upgrade you to one of their bigger suites. Happened both times I stayed there. The pool is nice, the design is great, and breakfast is amazing with a nice buffet and lots of small treats you can order a-la-carte :) Just 5 minutes walk to KLCC, and excellent view of the towers.
