Free UNLIMITED wireless internet access throughout hotel to get guests fully connected whist staying with us.
Hotel also offer a Pillow Menu in all of our guest rooms with a free choice of 8 different types of pillows - white goose down, white goose feather, wedges, simulate, non allergenic, contour, eye pillows and feather booster. Timber Flooring in most of our rooms and suites.

Good location in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel provided all the necessary daily amenities for the stay. Room was cleaned when requested. Staff were courteous and friendly. Worth the 5 star rating. Enjoyed my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff,
Very friendly and helpful staff, my queries were met with immediate attention. Only a short distance (5mins walk) to KLCC. 15-20mins walk to Bukit Bintang area. Nicely done interior. My room had a spoilt remote & a scuffed bathtub, but apart from that, everything was fine. Affordably priced for it's location.

Excellent service and location,
Excellent service and location, with comfortable, tidy rooms. One temporary problem: for the next few months it's in the middle of a building site - the hotel is being extended, and several buildings around it are being rebuilt. All this work also causes traffic jams in the area. But that said, noise wasn't a problem, and if you're not planning to spend time in the hotel, why worry about the immediate surroundings?

Its a great hotel to stay in,
Its a great hotel to stay in, only problem is the service there. Had to wait for so long to check in plus they did not give me the roomm i requested. Overall, had a wonderful stay

Building works were being carried
Building works were being carried out to the hotel, but we were not affected or inconvenienced at all. The room was very clean, and a good size with the bonus of having hardwood floors. Service was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

The service attitude at Impiana
The service attitude at Impiana was impeccable. We had reserved 4 rooms and arrived early in KLCC at about 11 a.m. Although not all of our rooms were ready, we were still given 2 rooms within 10 minutes. Front desk staff were very helpful and we were promptly assisted with a change of room (later in the day we got a room that had a strong lemongrass oil smell and requested to change it) and we were also very impressed with Impiana's Concierge staff. They helped us to arrange free shuttle service after we had parked our cars at KL Convention centre and the shuttle service driver even took the trouble to help us with our parking tickets & by alighting us at the most convenient entrance into Suria shopping mall. The warm and genuine service attitude of the staff at Impiana Hotel KLCC had made our stay a memorable one.

Stayed many times at this hotel.
Stayed many times at this hotel. Excellent hotel and location, but in the past the internet connection in the room was always slow and problematic. This time the internet connection was vastly improved and completed the good experience. Good value for money.
