Good hotel, service, & location
Requested a room on Ampang Jalan side and a high floor to ensure quietness and was accommodated. Was quite thrilled to have complimentary wireless during entire stay. Located right next to Ampang Park LRT station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Short walk from hotel
Definitely take KLIA Ekspress train from airport to KL Sentral and transfer to LRT to Ampang Park Station to reach this hotel. Very cheap and efficient way to get to hotel.

Great Location
This hotel offers free shuttle to KLCC and Bandar Bingit. The bedding is wonderful and the room very clean.

Staffs were generally courteous
Staffs were generally courteous and helpful. Basically the stay is nice as they upgraded my room and request for a late check out is no a problem.

room is nice, big spacious and
room is nice, big spacious and clean. location is average, ard 10min walk to klcc and 10min ride to bukit bintang. parking is not free for hotel guest and we exp some delay during our check-in due to their new IT system. overall good bcos of the room and prompt concierge service but likely not stay here again due to the location.

The reception staff was not very
The reception staff was not very friendly, but the concierge service was good. Restaurant took too much time to bring our food or even to serve coffee at breakfast

I think the hotel in itself is
I think the hotel in itself is very good. I do think that a 5 star hotel in that price category should provide free internet, which it doesn't. The concierge service was very good.
