The Novatel is situated in a fantastic part of K.L.it is so close to everything. We were very happy with the service and the Hotel.

Whilst the above ratings are good
Whilst the above ratings are good or very good, there were some issues with the hotel that should be known, namely 1. On arrival the toilet cistern in the en-suite would not flush - there was a broken chain on the flush button. Whilst the engineer repaired it quite quickly after I reported the problem, it did not make a good first impression. 2. The "fixed" basin plug in the hand basin in the en-suite, would not close and water could not be retained in the hand basin. 3. The constant rumbling noise from the elevators all night made it difficult to get to sleep - even though our room did not adjoin the lift well. We were in room 1106. Another guest whom we met at the airport when departing KL made the same comment to us about the very noisy lifts.

Our room diid not have a Mini-Bar
Our room diid not have a Mini-Bar 'fridge and it took 4 hours for an Icebox to be delivered to the room. Also the kettle did not work. Not a good experience , so would not recommend it. A complete failure by Novotel, who are usually so good !!

seriously everything is less than 15 minute walk, great park area nearby, tons of restaurants/bars/clubs/shopping.. for the price, nothing comes close!

the hotel is very well located.
the hotel is very well located. the service at the reception was a bit impersonal however they did their job well. on the other hand i was impresed by the spa service and their staff who opened the facility one hour early to accomoate my flying timetable.
