great location
within kuala lumpur bintang - everything in walking distance, monorail station a short walk. rooms of good quality- I checked in at 5 pm and my room was not ready, 15 min waiting time turned out to 45 min. of course not the standard procedure here, but it happened. I would return I liked the place and price/worth is OK.

I made the right choice choosing this hotel.
I was in KL for 3 nights and it's a pity that I booked this hotel only one night because I'd like to try many places in order to write a review in my blog so I need many experiences as possible. But I'm here to tell that Piccolo Hotel is my favorite one and I'll surely come back to stay in this hotel if I have a chance. The hotel is not that big but the location is perfect. Only a fews minutes walk to train station and right across the street is a huge shopping mall 'Pavillion' where you can shop and eat and etc. I went to Petronas Twin building at night and very late when I came back to the hotel by taxi, it was only 15 MYR which is cheap for after midnight rate while there's no more train availble. The room is not too small or big but it is comfortable and nice, clean, air-condition and very good shower even though breakfast was not included but for that price, I think that's quite reasonable or even cheap. Look from outside of the hotel building is not very attractive but in the bedroom I think it's quite well designed. There is a spa in this hotel as well as a pub where you can enjoy drinking and dancing. I did not have a chance to go both of the spa and pub but still I could have stay there for more than one night. Many restaurants around but I suggest for food lovers, get better food in the Pavillion rather than in the food court nearby. I'm here to confirm that you'll like for what you pay. Please enjoy your trip in KL.

Try to walk along the street because there are more things to see or to do at Bukit Bintang than only shopping.

Yes, i made the right choice.
This hotel, I will definitely come back. The location is absolutely perfect. I only paid 15 MYR from Petronas Twin after midnight to the hotel and walked a few minutes to Pavillion shopping Mall - this Mall is huge wirh plenty of shops - brand names, spa, salon, good food, Japan street, etc. Inside hotel, there is also a spa as well as food in and near the hotel. McDonald is a few minutes walk...So as monorail station so easy to everywhere, KL Sentral is only a few stations away. The room is clean, shower is perfect, 2 bottles of water, 2 pairs of slippers, hair dryer. I confirm that anything I get is still cheap compare to others. No breakfast included but for the price I paid through Orbiz is acceptable.

If u like good food, I recommend that in the shopping mall, Pavillion is better than in the food court nearby the hotel, especially to the food lover.

Basic clean hotel, excellent location
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in April. The best parts about this hotel are location, location and location. It is right at the heart of KL with non-stop activities around the clock, at least well into the morning hours. From KL International Airport, you can buy a taxi cheat for around RM75 (appr. US$25) and it took about 45 minutes with good traffic; going the other way costs a bit more, at around RM90. The room was basic and clean, with a fridge and safe. It has a contemporary feel with bright artwork. The rate is reasonable considering the location. You may get free breakfast depending on where you booked the room, the breakfast was in a separate street corner restaurant/coffee kiosk and had three selections: sausage and eggs, pancakes or waffles; very basic but sufficient. Foreign money exchange is very easy in this area with stalls all along the main drag, you need to keep shopping to get the best rate.

Excellent place to stay.
We had very good experience with this hotel. The location was excellent and so many places to eat just in a walking distance. The area is called Times Square and reminds of New York, full of tourists having fun. Will recommend highly to stay in this hotel. It is a new hotel just built 1 1/2 years ago. Front desk persons were not very fluent in English, some times had difficulty in communication.

The superior room we got was quite
The superior room we got was quite small, but adequate. The shower/toilet setup could be awkward for some people traveling together. But the location just about makes up for any of the hotel's flaws esp. if you are in KL to shop. You can walk to many shopping centers, go back to your room to rest or drop off packages and head out again without losing time. Very lively area.
