Some Tips to consider
I have just come back from KL - beautifull city - never sleeps, loads to do, never get bored, Hotel location was perfect - you could walk everywhere, or Taxi ride would not cost more than £4. Very safe, always take Blue Taxi's, I went to Bukit Bintang everyday, lots of street food, fake clothing gear (Picked up a nice pair of Facebook Flip Flops)Massage places [*] met some Scandanavians at The Green Man pub. The only thing i did not like about the hotel was the fact that you had to buy Wifi in your room 50RM (However the Wired or Ethernet connection) was free - but Macbook Air doesn't have the slot for wired connections, make sure to try the Luna bar at the Pacific Regency, full of young english crowd but great views of the city and good music. also you have to go to China town, you can pick up some seriously cheap (Good Quality) counterfiet gear from Hermes Bags to Burberry scarfs to Brietling watches. Bags 80RM - Watches 80RM. Always haggle. I paid a third of the actual asking price for everything. Alcohol is very expensive - even in a pub it's £7 for a pint. Smoking is allowed in clubs, Try the Beach club oly for experience as 70% of the crowd is just Prosies and Lady Boys, I went there with the girls I met and they were eager to experience the madness. You could use to Monorail for the experience but I usually took a Taxi. Also if you really want to go to the Patronas Towers then you have to que up at 6:30 and the tickting office opens at 8 - only then you can go in. OK back to the Hotel - Mandara Spa (Part of the Hotel) is fantastic, the best experience ever. They make you wear these disposable panties which were hilarious, 200RM for 50 mins Swedish Massage. Breakfast in the morning is ok as it starts at 6am so I had it every morning when I came back from Partying. the pool isnt huge but does the Job, great views from the pool and the poolside bar is pretty good, p.s they use $ signs for currency but it's actually RM so do not get confused. e.g $35 for a buger is actually 35RM. Rooms are pretty big and fully equipped with big windows, nice and big bathrooms. I'm sure you will have a great time- I certainly plan to return there one day. also if you have time then maybe take a train or drive to Penang Island. Place is crazy in a good way. x

Really enjoyed our stay and the
Really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff. The two bedroom was ideal for our family (2kids) plenty of space with a sitting area and kitchen. The location is a short stroll to shopping and we will be staying here again in the future. We stayed over two weeks and only negative was a couple of things in the room were not dusted and room sevice food was a little disappointing and pricey.

Fantastic Hotel
Even though this is a large hotel my husband and I felt special the whole time. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The view out our window was the Petronis Towers and that was breathtaking. Every request was met and the air of courtesy and efficency made us feel safe and well cared for in an exotic local. We would definately go back.

We had a great stay, but that
We had a great stay, but that was after a few set backs. We booked the grand deluxe room and on arrival was told our room was no longer available. Our options were to have two single beds or have a king in a smoking. Needless to say we chose the smoking room, but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Anyway the lady at the reception was rude and said that was all that was available, so I waited and complained to someone who appeared to be more senior. After this he apologised and we were upgraded to the premier room which was very nice. I think that if the hotel makes a mistake there is no way we should have been down graded in the first instance. If I was not persistent we would have been stuck in the standard room all week! I would stay here again for location, all the staff were great except for the female reception staff. They were all very unhelpful and rude.
