Had a lovely stay at this hotel.
Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Lovely room, everything in it that you could possibly want. Staff were very polite and helpful. Very close to the Golden Triangle. Had a fantastic time and nothing to complain about. Shows how good a hotel it was, even the Prime Minster of Malaysia was there one day for a Meeting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It has a great location but the
It has a great location but the range of food for breakfast is just average - std varieties with little imagination. I happen to iron some clothes - the ironing board looked so over-used. I left my passport when checking out and discovered it too late to catch my flight. Although I am pleased they found it, I am disappointed that they did not try to contact me - an sms to my phone would have helped! So I have to stay for 2 more nights...elsewhere.

The service was great. It helps to be able to relax at their spa. We received great views of the towers. Close walk to Pavilion Shopping Center! Recommend buying the breakfast package otherwise you will pay about $15 USD while at the hotel but they had a great selection and variety. Not use to the humidity but the hotel rooms had great A/C! The blue taxis in front of the hotel is double the money so I would contact the red taxis if you need to travel a little further out.

About 15-20 minutes walk to the towers/Suria Shopping Center. Less than 5 minutes walk to Pavilion Shopping Center, lower level has a great food court!
