I was disappointed that the room
I was disappointed that the room was not ready for my arrival at 4pm in the afternoon, which is well after normal check-in time. While I had booked a King room, I accepted a twin room so that I could get into a room straight away as I had been travelling since 4am. Then I found one of the twin beds had been slept in, but the bed had been remade. Overall I was disappointed for what should have been my night in a luxury hotel.

I am veryplesed to stay, chinese restaurant is very good,staff excellenced if I go to KL next time I will stay with PRINCE HOTEL again,may I suggest the BUFFET need to improved in variety of food and tropical food

Lovely hotel. The best breakfast i have had for a long time. My wife did not want to leave. the shopping centre over the road was very handy.

Checking in and out was a breeze.
Checking in and out was a breeze. Good warm jacuzzi, but the pool was not. Location, just next to Pavillion was great for the wife. Did not try the buffet breakfast which I heard was fantastic.

Great Location and Service.
Very comfortable stay. I had a perfect view of the Petrona Towers and plenty of shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Its tremendous experience with Prince Hotel & Residence, my first impession when I arrived was like being at my own home. The Front Office Customer Service was so exceptional and making us totally acceptance and professional, then heading to the Room 2601 which I was allocated, its even more delightful, feels like being a King. I will have no objection to commending this hotel to all my colleagues and my regular business clientale of choosing the Prince Hotel & residence if they happen to Malaysia.

The Prince Hotel is fabulous,
The Prince Hotel is fabulous, right across the road from the Pavillion Shopping Mall. The staff could not be more attentive and the food is fantastic. My friend has gluten allergy and the chef came out at dinner time, to show her what she can eat and what she couldn't. that kind of service is unprecedented. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, the beds and comfy and the single king size is just that, huge. If you book this hotel you will not be dissapointed, and as I am an ex travel agent, I am fussy.
