My second stay at the Renaissance

My second stay at the Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur. It is the only place I would stay in KL. Fantastic service with a smile. facilities are amazing , food caters for all diets. Love it :-)

In my opinion it represented great value, close to the mono rail,and shops. the pool and gym is great. Be prepared to pay top dollar in the bars and restaurants within the hotel.

Fantastic view from the room,

Fantastic view from the room, petronas twin tower n kl tower just in front of us. Location is convenient, 1 mins walk to monorail station. Definitely will come back again

Best hotel in town

This is one the finest hotels I stayed in. The service was efficient and the staff friendly and the food was sooooo good. The rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and I plan to go again.

Awesome hotel. Great location

Awesome hotel. Great location close to petronas towers and shops. Great restaurants to choose from at the hotel. Very clean and we experienced a newly refurbed room. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Great location.

Fantastic service. Great location. Good in house restaurants to choose from and good size and clean room. Ask for a petronas tower view we did and both times we have stayed we got a great view.

It is an old hotel that lacks

It is an old hotel that lacks maintenance. Internet connection was rather slow for the price it was charging. Overall, if not for the location, it was not value for money.

Interesting Romance ???package!

I had reserve a "Romance"package-lets say these days we miss that from our life so could not wait that we arrive ,check in go to the room and flowers waiting,with chocolates,a bottle of champagne and things which guys forget after being in longer relations. Well,when i arrived they did not find my reservation,they seemed to know nothing about Romance package,waited 1 hour to check in,got a smoking room/which should be non smoking/,and after making complain a bit harder than before ,finally got what i payed for,except flowers,champagne arrived when we were already in the room.well did not feel too much romantic about the check in and the rest.
