The hotel was in a great location~~~( however, they were no perks given esp since we had to check out early!!! We gave the hotel a 2 full day stay. I totally did not appreciate the mistreatment.

Good location close to Bukit Bintang
Good location close to Bukit Bintang and reasonable colse to Chinatown. Included breakfast was very good. I'll stay there again.

Good hotel in good location, we
Good hotel in good location, we could walk to many attractions and there was also a shuttle bus service. Clean and modern, swimming pool, bar with live music in evening. Breakfast very good. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing. Great.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and found it to be very well located and walking distance from a monorail station and several markets. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel guide (the one in the room) stated that the conceirge could do online check ins but when we asked we were told that the desk did not have internet access. We had a very chilly shower but when we pointed this out our next shower was spot on. Access to the Golden Triangle was excellent but the construction in the area made walking difficult and a safety hazard. I doubt we will get back to KL again, but if we did I would stay there again.

Bad location for shopping lover
If you like to shop, the hotel location is a little far from the Golden Triangle shopping area. You might think taxi is an easy solution, but the traffic around the hotel is really really bad. You probably will have to pay double due to the bad traffic, and you probably can walk faster than taking a taxi. When I first checked in, I couldn't find any towels in the room, they took forever to send the towels. Throughout my stay, they took my hand towels and couldn't provide me the replacement. The free internet connection is really slow, you can't even watch a youtube video, and no wireless for ipod or ipad. They have wireless at the lobby, but you will have to pay for a drink to get the access code.
