Great hotel, great price
Very nice, centrally located hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great buffet breakfast with an enormous selection foods. Generous sized room. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel
I tried both Swiss Garden and Swiss Garden Residences. I like them both. It's in a wonderful location (5 mins walking distance to Chinatown, Pudu bus station, subway, 15-30 mins walking distance to the KL Tower,Twin Tower and many other major buildings or museums.), helpful staff, and clean rooms. Swiss Garden is hotel-like, and NO in-room WIFI; the SG Residences is apartment-like with in-room WIFI code provided and may have free breakfast buffet (depends on the price maybe). I would recommond this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was in a great location~~~( however, they were no perks given esp since we had to check out early!!! We gave the hotel a 2 full day stay. I totally did not appreciate the mistreatment.

Good location close to Bukit Bintang
Good location close to Bukit Bintang and reasonable colse to Chinatown. Included breakfast was very good. I'll stay there again.

Good hotel in good location, we
Good hotel in good location, we could walk to many attractions and there was also a shuttle bus service. Clean and modern, swimming pool, bar with live music in evening. Breakfast very good. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for sightseeing. Great.
