Quiet beautiful relaxing resort
The restaurants were open air and facing the beach. It was wonderful to always have the sound of the sea in the background. There were two swimming pools to choose from plus sun beds on the beach itself. I was traveling on my own and everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much bother. It was "old fashioned courtesy" combined with great service. There was a courtesy bus twice a day to two shopping malls. I used the well equiped gym most days. My balcony looked over the whole beach. It was so relaxing that we have decided that we will go back for a proper holiday there at some time in the future. I liked the peace and quiet "away from it all" atmosphere.

Short drive from hotel
A courtesy bus was provided twice a day to two shopping malls but taxis were cheap as well.

It is indeed with great pleasure that I am sending this letter to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to the following persons.Your front desk staff, Mr Bernard, Mr Mark, your concierge Mr Sabri, Mr Raziman your security Mr Mohamed Tahir your housekeeping Mr Masum, your maintenance department, not forgetting Mr Thakur, and to everyone else that has assisted me of who’s names I may have not remembered a very big heartfelt thank you, to all of you, from the bottom of my heart.I must also mention that when I followed up on my booking from South Africa, my queries were answered and I was, assisted by all within that department, so thanks to you guys also.I have been on tour since the 5th of December, staying in KL, Langkawi, and now Kuantan. As a disable person travelling believe me it is not easy, but I have to say that when I arrived in Kuantan on the 15th of December at your Resort, it was a completely different experience all together. 1. Quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, housekeeping staff also not well-trained 2. Customer services need to be improved. Lack of training of new staff, supervisor also not working with a smiling face.

Very pricey for a hotel on the
Very pricey for a hotel on the East coast side of Malaysia. Don't understand why the room rate does not include breakfast. Pool's so noisy. On weekends the entire waterfront is crowded. If you want peace and quiet, don't ever come here!

i have stayed in this hotel quite
i have stayed in this hotel quite number of times for my short weekend vacation. and as the location,hotel services, cleanliness is really good, especially if you are staying facing the sea view, and it will be the best time sitting at the balcony, watching the sea view. overall- good to share~
