Overall experience at the hotel
Overall experience at the hotel was great. Was on the exec club floor and must say the view of the sarawak River was spectacular. The location is really central and the service, friendly. Ideal for business travellers. Facilities-wise, cannot comment much, as I didn't use any.

We have been in this hotel for
We have been in this hotel for 2 nights only. As we have been on day trips both days, we have not have time to explore hotel. Also we experience a problem with Concierge counter which has not passed a parcel delivered for us. We have received an apologetic email from the Front Office of Riverside Majestic Hotel.

the hotel is very good for location
the hotel is very good for location and customer relation is very good. food, specialy breakfast is very good and planty when it comes to European menu
