Mutiara Burau Bay Beach Resort Langkawi

Our stay here was great. The location was in the middle of nature with a beach at your doorstep as well as a very nice pool (closed a bit too early though!). Lots of wildlife which was really nice to see - everything from monkeys to geckos. The restaurants were good, but the food right outside of the resort was good for a much better price. The free breakfast buffet was great to have each day. Close to some attractions and a bike/scooter rental shop right outside of the resort was very convenient. The crowd here ranged from families to couples but majority of the couples were older. This meant that sometimes they seemed to be served first in the restaurants over the younger people. Overall though this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone and any age wanting to visit Langkawi!

Overall we like it. Nice beach. Nice pizza next to swimming pool's restaurant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Mr Desa for the transportation arrangement and the half day tour package and his introduction for pulau payar ferry trip. We like the breakfast and the freshly bake croissant...

We were promptly greeted upon arrival at the hotel and taking to our room via van even though it was not that far away. The room was much bigger then anticipated and it had a GREAT view of the ocean! The bathroom was very clean, but the lighting was pretty poor. Our water heater worked and we had no qualms about the water pressure. Free towel usage until 8pm. Sometimes there was no attendant at the towel counter so I'm not sure how well they track their towels. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost! Each day the menu items change (there are standard items like toast and eggs etc). Great location to the sky bridge and a 20 min drive from the airport. You can also rent motorbikes right outside the hotel. Overall we enjoy the stay at the hotel, got to see monkeys on the last day, and could do without listening to the nightly cover band(luckily that winds down around midnight).

My husband and I stayed at Mutiara Burau Bay beach resort for 7 nights and really loved it. The buffet breakfast is incredible - has very delicious authentic Malaysian food as well as all types of Western breakfasts including pancakes, waffles, an egg counter, tropical juices, cereals etc. The location was quiet - great place for families and those who are there for R & R. We will definitely be returning to this magical place and recommending it to our friends.

It was the perfect spot for an unforgettable island vacation. The hotel is suitable for people who want to get away from it all, or for a great family vacation. It is an unpretentious place where we could walk from our cabin door onto a pristine beach. Yes, the bathrooms are old and the hot water system is quaint, but the wonderful surroundings compensate for the bathrooms over and over. I will definitely go back there. The staff was very friendly, the chef even grilled us the fish we caught.

L'hotel è posto in un sito bellissimo, immerso nel verde e direttamente collegato alla giungla, tanto che abbiamo potuto vedere animali come scimmie, scoiattoli, e persino un piccolo varano! I Bungalow sono piuttosto brutti esternamente, internamente sono decenti, anche se arredati con mobili piuttosto vecchi. Buona la colazione e buono, per le Langkawi, il rapporto qualità / prezzo.

海景房很不错，出门一二十米就是大海，海边及酒店里的风景很不错，还能看到松鼠、蜥蜴、猴子等小动物，让人充分体会到大自然的美丽。

シービューといいながら、ほとんど海が見えない部屋だった。苦情を言った際の従業員の対応も誠意が感じられず、サービスの悪さが目立った。立地や設備はまずばずだが、もったいない。

Good hotel. Very much approaches for quiet rest.

Хочу поделиться своим мнением об отеле Мутиара. Отель четко выдерживает 3 звезды, но цена за проживание на 4-5 звезд. А за эту цену я ожидала большего. Расположение отеля удобно только если добираться до аэропорта. До всех остальных мест (магазины, паром) очень далеко. Завтраки очень посредственные, нет разнообразия - каждый день одно и тоже. Выбора совсем нет. Мало фруктов и почти совсем нет овощей. Пляж не блещет чистотой, да за ней никто и не смотрит. Курят на пляже - ну и пусть курят, бросают окурки - ну и пусть бросают. Правда территория самого отеля ухоженная. Отдыхающий контингент - немецкие пенсионеры. Русских мало.
