Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites

Beachscape, though small in size, is a neat little place. We booked a garden view suite and it is very spacious and we enjoyed it. The view of the beach from outside the room was fantastic. The good part was that most of the water activities like Jet Ski, Para sailing, boating etc. happen just there and you can be watching these activities sitting on the beach or from the room or outside the room. It was a lovely sight of the beach with all the action going on. Hotel, restaturant and food all were good. Only negative aspects were that Hotel was charging 6 pesos for each local call (even for toll free) and no business center to print boarding pass etc. One has to goto the gift shop and pay 5 pesos per page print out. Also wi-fi in the room is charged but available for free at the lobby.

the hotel was nice and clean , the staff was great , we were close to bars and shopping centers , about a 10 minute walk , i felt extremelly safe , but when i got to the airport and got to herzt , they told that my insurance that i bought thought orbiz and access america didnt work over there , so i spent my vacation without no car even do i paid for the car and its insurance , dont rent a car with herzt or no one else they tried to pull scams left and right over telling that american insurance dont work , everything else was fine

The place was very quiet and it is exactly what we were looking for. This hotel has the best beach in the area. The water though is very shallow but warm and calm. It is perfect for families with small kids. Location is perfect. 10 minutes walk to the shopping area with plenty of restaurants. But hotel’s restaurant – Pelican’s Grill, has very good food with better price than others. Our absolutely favorite items - seafood soup (70 pesos till 6 pm) and Yucatan style fish entrée (120 pesos).

Great staff, wonderful beach, sparkling clean pool and a lovely beachfront restaurant cooled by ocean breezes. If you are looking for something smaller and quieter than the big resort hotels, this is the place. We included breakfast in our package which was generous - delicious fruit, omelettes, and a variety of Mexican specialties.

i have been going to beachscape for several years!@ they have change management and i was not at all happy with the condition of the hotel. the bathrooms in the lobby were very dirty,the restaurant opened several mornings late,this has never happened on my previous stays. the front desk manager was not at all helpful with a problem i had with reservations. my wife had to clear up the problem from the states with your great staff,one hour on the phone!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I wish they had a ice machine, and a microwave for after hours. The breakfast was very affordable. Overall the food in Mexico was good, but the prices for food were expensive. The open bar drinks will give you a headache, stay away from the drinks. If you can bring your own bottle, I strongly recommend doing so. The sales people in the malls and on the streets are very aggressive, as well. last tip, you have to bargin for everything on the island.. be firm..

Great hotel, very relaxing, clean. Restaurants are a bit expensive, but the water/beach/service make it all worth it.

Hotel was average, apparently the hotel doesnt give hot water so showering in the morning was a litle tough. The free breakfast was ok nothing pecial about it. staff was friendly and very helpful

Every thing went without a hitch. airline was great, Got to Cancun got roped into the timeshare scam just before the hotel shuttle cost me $20 us so when you arrive there just smile and walk on by. Kin-Ha was great the best beach in Cancun we think. Real nice to sit back and relax. Walked around or took bus to different places to eat.Real safe to walk around and feel safe there. Awsome weather all 10 days. Did flight from Edmonton to Houston then Cancun, nice little 1.25 hr break then 2 hr. break coming home. All in all everything was great. Would take [...]again, no problems what so ever. 2 thumbs up!!!!!
