really good!!
It was a great experience, If u go there u should do the hotels food credit, is worth it.just know that tips are not include. U got to pay them at checkout. .

Nice getaway
For the most part it was good. We had some issues with the air conditioning not working like its supposed to. The room phone was not working the day we arrived. The room had a very nice view.

Great Gataway
A very good place for a quick gataway. Staff excellent and a great value in their one for two dollars in meals and entertaiment.

Vacation to Paradise!
Hotel staff was wonderful during our recent vacation to Cancun! Especially Angel (Bellman), Edwin (server at O Restaurant), and a very sweet older lady in housekeeping (unfortunately didn't get her name). The Beach House Spa was wonderful! The Grill has very good food and mango margaritas. The Deli also has great sandwiches and gelato -- they only take Pesos or credit cards though at the Deli. Also you can get your boarding passes printed there (for a small fee). The only downfall would be that it is all tiled floors, so tends to be a little noisy (you can hear when people around you move their chairs, ottomans, etc. But I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's in walking distance to other restaurants, StarBucks, and shopping.

Plaza Le Fiesta Mexican Outlet is in walking distance. It is a very large outlet: clothing, sunglasses, food, alcohol, and they also have souvenirs and a little deli area. Worth the walk, as across the street are other restaurants to try. Also across from the hotel is Paloma Bonita (opens at 6pm) -- great food and ambiance!

excellent professional staff, warm atmosphere
It is not an all inclusive hotel, but we found the extra expense for breakfast was well worth it, especially when purchasing the credit in advance. otherwise food is prohibitively expensive. Also, the rooms facing the ocean are excellent, but the ones facing the back have a nagging noise from the generator across the street. room cleanliness and comfort is superb, staff is warm and hospitable

In town and great swiming
If I could bring my grand kids anywhere it would be to here. The staff are very helpful and the food is very good. Close to everything you can do in Cancun too.

Tasteful taste of Mexico
Lovely hotel room but the aspect left a little to be desired. The staff were very helpful. Location was good and within easy access to the lovely beaches of Cancun and the township
