Le Blanc Spa Resort Adults Only All Inclusive

Hands down, best all inclusive adults-only resort I've ever been to (and I've visited quite a few). Look no further...if you're looking to go to Cancun and want high end comfort, excellent service and food, this is your place, it is well worth your money!!!

We have been to Le Blanc twice now and both times it was perfect! The facilities are beautiful AND CLEAN! The service is beyond amazing! Have never seen a group of employees work so hard to please you! I suppose the weight gained over our week stay tells you how the food is! It is also nice because, if you don't see something you want to eat, they will prepare it for you!! You can't go wrong staying at Le Blanc. It's easy, beautiful and the relaxation begins the moment you enter the lobby!!!

It was simply outstanding. My wife and I were completely satisfied. It was like an upscale summer camp for adults. The staff was very helpful, but not intrusive. I was particularly impressed with how the staff encouraged participation in activities ... like pool volleyball and evening entertainment offerings. Tatiana and LiLi were exceptional in this regard. We will definitely come back. We ate at the French, Italian and Buffet restaurants. The food was excellent at all 3 places - we liked the Italian the best. Shopping is close by, we walked to shopping and felt very safe walking the main street there. I was impressed with hotel security, the quiet ambiance, and the decor of the surroundings.

We were very pleased with LeBlanc! Best Spa that I have ever been to. Service and Super friendly staff were incredible. A return visit is definitely in our future...

FYI...I have never wrote a review after a trip but I am compelled to after our trip...After reading so many overwhelmingly positive reviews and talking to friends who raved about their experience we were pretty excited to get to Le Blanc but our expectations were quite high. My girlfriend and I were not only satisfied but blown away by the resort, staff, food, drinks, beach, pool, etc... Highly recommend going to the french restaurant at least twice since there is so many amazing things on the menu...the japanese restaurant was good but not incredible but the food by the pool and breakfast was great, no to mention room service and butler service was amazing! You dont have to tip but the service is so insanely good that I of course over tipped. The staff works their butt off and they deserve every bit you give them. Highly recommend using your resort credit (we had $750) for the Surf and Turf dinner on the beach...it was very romantic and the food was out of this world! We used the rest on a couples 80 Minute hot stone massage which was awesome! All in all...there is a reason people rave about this place. They take customer service to the next level and we will definitely be back! "it is a pleasure!" (staff says that all the time!) lol

Our second time here. The best way to regenerate mind and body from daily stress. Can.t wait till my next trip back.

Le Blanc impressed from the moment we were ushered from our shuttle to when we were helped back into the waiting van. Every feature and process felt well thought out and of highest quality. Food and facility were excellent, but staff was outstanding. Everyone seemed enthusiastic to be there and went out of their ways to be helpful. True pampering from eager professionals. Whole experience made us feel special.

I have stayed in two other all inclusive-all suite resorts in Mexico, I thought the last place (in Cancun) I had stayed could not be topped...WOW, was I wrong. Le Blanc blew our socks off! I cannot say enought great things about this place honestly. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! Plenty of bottled water, bartenders were amazing, rarely had to wait for a drink, the butlers were so attentive to every little need, the spa was so relaxing etc.... I have stayed at places where they expect you to tip and wait for it...not here, everything is "it's a pleasure" (to serve you). It made us just tip them more! WE spent a ton of $ on tips because they deserved every last penny! When we left we had room service at 5a.m. and they packed a box lunch for us to take to the airport...I mean really...how awesome :) We met several couples who had been to this resort several times. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful paridise!

From the moment we got there we knew it was going to be an amazing trip, We were greeted at the front doors by the friendly staff who treated us like royalty with warm towels and coconut milk served in champagne glasses. Checking in was a breeze and before we knew it we were in our gorgeous room being offered to have our luggage unpacked for us. Our room was kept spotless throughout the whole trip and our butler Juan was extremely attentive to our every need. The hotel itself was gorgeous between the infinity pools, swin up bar, beautiful beach, and impecable grounds; we couldn't have asked for more. The food was spectacular! Whether we ordered room service (which was available 24 hours), ate at the buffet, pool, or restaurants; we were never disappointed. When we weren’t relaxing by the pool or beach we were using our resort credits at the spa and the swimming with the dolphins tour. We even had a romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate our anniversary! The hotel also provided entertainment at night including a fire show on the beach, karaoke, casino night, and live music in the lobby. From start to finish the service was top notch. There was never a time that we weren’t being asked if we needed something by the staff. We highly recommend this hotel and are definitely looking forward to coming back some day!
