343 rooms and luxury villas located on one of Cancun's most spectacular beachfronts that offer friendly service from one of the island's truly tenured staff.
True Mexican artwork, decor and flair adorn this tropical full service resort. Three cascading pools flow through lush palm- filled gardens leading to an expansive wide sandy beach complete with a restaurant and Jacuzzi beach overlooking the majestic Caribbean Sea.
With 3 entertaining restaurants, a snack bar, room service and 4 unique watering holes, there are not enough diversions to satisfy the most discriminating palate.
A complete Cybex gym and Pevonia Spa for those who wish to indulge the body, mind and spirit, as well as tennis and daily social activities are available.

This is my 3rd time to Cancun and my second time staying at an all inclusive resort I couldnt be happier with my choice this time.. There are lots of choices with the food drinks. most of the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean

Great experience
The Omni was very manageable when having two kids under 10 on the trip. It was easy to keep tabs on everyone. The hotel is more about the ocean than pools. Their beach front was busy but had enough tiki huts for all, full service, boogie boards and life guards. Pools are smaller than what you see at newer hotels but have all the features. Some resorts feel too sprawling and takes 20 minutes to get to your room. This resort is a nice size.

In Hotel
If you plan of eating at their Italian restaurant make sure you make your reservations as soon as you get there and have the men bring long pants and close toed shoes. No shorts and sandels aloud there for the men. Hard to get a reservation too.

Unbeatable location for the price
all of our family members enjoy this hotel. It's very nice view through our ocean view room. Food is good. but charge for internet and local call are expansive. we'll come back again!

Very fine hotel - Great Location!
Great Winter Get A Way! Hotel was in excellent shape and very clean. Front Desk clerk upgraded me to an ocean view room just for asking. Perfect location, just steps to beach, several pools and hot tubs too! Staff was respectfully friendly too! Would definitely go back!

Consider not going all inclusive, as there are plenty of nice restaurants close by. Bus travel is available just outside the hotel and goes to town every 5 min.

Super value for the money
This was our 4th stay at the Omni. The hotel is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The room service was great. We had clean towels twice a day. We had coffee, juice and a newspaper delivered every morning outside our door. We were all inclusive and enjoyed the service pool-side and ocean-side all day long. The restaurants offered good food but the selections seemed repetitive. The employees go out of their way to make your stay very pleasant. The Conciere was very helpful with any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a great vacation try the Omni!

Positive experience
This was our second time in Cancun and first time at the Omni. We were generally impressed with the Omni. Service was excellent, staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. As we did not take the all-inclusive package, food in the on-site restaurants was a bit pricey (but good) and there was a fee for amenities such as the use of the fitness room. All in all, it was a good experience and we would return to the Omni.
