Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas - All Inclusive

Very nice place. Staff were helpful. Might need to replace the sofa. Food great. Only negative is to have to pay a lot for a local phone call (2 dollars/min)

1. Wirelss interest advertised is free, IT IS NOT and this is a big lie. It is $15 per night. it is false advertising.2. Soap in the bathroom is disgusting and smell horrible.3. Specialty resturant which offer special environment not casual one called Davici is NEVER available, and no matter how long you stay in the Hotel ,you can used specialty resturant ONLY ONE TIME if you lucky.4. Food quality is poor and is not comparable with 4 star hotel like GR SOLARIES. i was there two years ago.5. No transportation provided for this hotel and from Air port to hotel they charge $60, however room service was great. 5. room was convinient and bed was comfortable. with the money i spent i rather to go other hotels next year. i do not recommend Omni hotel to anyone. Staff at the front desk are just laghting with repecting any promisses that hotel made to their gusts. When we arrived the lady at the front desk said "Sorry, internet in not free and you must pay $15 a night" my wife said "so, why you advertise it on your website "free wireless"??!! and they said while laghting may be it was misunderestanding. that is terrible.

This was my tenth visit to the Omni. I truly consider it my home away from home. The staff goes well above and beyond to make your stay as memorable and pleasant as possible. Hotel is clean, safe, and has an amazing beach. The value is wonderful! Truly an amazing hotel. I cannot wait to go back!

We went for 2 week from July 7 to 21, 2012. We are family of four (2 girls aged 4 and 6). The hotel is very family friendly, the staff is great. The service was very good even though is was a high season and the hotel was packed.

From check in to check out, it was a wonderful experience. The employees went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and they treated us as if we were royalty. The room was awesome from the comfy bed to the awesome balcony that overlooked the grounds and the fabulous view of the ocean.

First time to Cancun. Would definatley do it again. The Hotel was great and had a wonderful experience. Very nice staff and always helpful. The hotel consisted of the Hotel and many Villas spread out around the main building. Glad our room was in the Hotel not the Villas. Villas looked a little older, but that is a personal preffrence. Also make sure you get the Ocean view, not the Lagoon view. Next time would probably get a hotel closer to the Center of the City. More activiies, shopping and Restuarants are located about an 8 min Bus ride from our hotel. But would have been nice if we did not need to take the Bus, just walking out to the malls would have been more conveinient. Over all great value for the money. The all inclusie was great for the kids. Food quality was average. Not great, but not bad. Did not get sick.

We had a fabulous time! We can't wait to come back and bring our kids!

this was my first trip to cancun with my family. i didnt know what to expect. there are alot of beautiful hotels in cancun, but omni hotel is nice. it has your typical amenities like outdoor pools, eateries, spa, gym. however wireless internet use is not free, it costs $15dollars/day. they only have 3 cpu to be shared in the lobby for guest to use on internet. otherwise service and staff were great. food was great, however dont forget to bring casual clothes for their restaurants. their outdoor pools and beach is the best part of the hotel. however AVOID, the sales rep that are trying to sell you exclusive memberships to the hotels (this happens in all hotels in cancun), they usually appear in the mornings while you go for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is good and we most likely will return to it.

We had a great time at Omni Cancun. We loved hotel a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was just great. Room service was so fast that we never saw them cleaning our room, but they did it twice a day. The most of all we loved Pina Colada cafe. We were going there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For dinner it is turning to Indonesian a la cart restaurant La Diva and it was really nice and relaxing atmosphere there. Staff was super fast and friendly. They were happy for any tips you give them. Kids loved the kids menu too. Seafood was super fresh and good. You have to make reservations for the a la cart restaurants in advance. We did it at the hotel, but it is better to have it already booked so you will be more flexible.

5th time at Omni Cancun and will do it over and over again!
