Omni Cancun Hotel and Villas - All Inclusive

I can't say anything but 100% positive comments about this resort, its staff, its location, its activities, the food, everything! The room was beautiful with an incredible view and absolutely spotless. The food and drinks were great--definitely do "all inclusive" package--so worth the money. The location couldn't have been better for us. We weren't within walking distance of downtown but that is exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed the tourist aspect of Cancun but knew we could be in the heart of downtown for shopping and night life within five minutes. The staff, I must say however, was the best aspect of the entire resort. The people that work at this hotel are so happy that you are visiting their country and their resort property. They are so kind and helpful and courteous and help provide so many activities that you never need to leave the resort. We have never been treated better!! Can't wait for next year--same city, same resort!

The hotel was nice, the staff was super nice and the room service staff were excellent. The rooms were clean and the houskeeping staff were wonderful. The food was excellent, especially the beef and I am not an avid beef eater. My daughter loved the pools although she was a little afraid of the ocean. Although both were exceptional. If you are looking for a vacation to hang by the pool and the beach, it doesn't get any better. We really enjoyed ourselves. We did one excursion which was to the Mayan ruins and it was nice also.

All of the hotel staff were wonderful. They made sure we were always taken care of and they always presented a smile. The hotel is very easy to get around in with easy access to the bus to venture outside the property. The property is very well taken care of. We cannot say enough about the staff. They made our stay a pleasure. Thank you The only wish we would have is it is really to bad that people place towels on the pool chairs that have a covering and then don't show up at all, but the spot is reserved. It would be nice if there was staff available to pick up the towels if no belongings are present and the space hasn't been occupied all day. :(

The hotel was great!!! The staff bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. This was our first trip to Cancun and we will be coming back. We typically go to Jamaica but decided to try something else and this was a great choice. I thought our money would go farther but the prices at the hotel offset any money exchange rate advantage. All things considered it still was a great trip and the Hotel was perfect!!!!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pools were great and so was the beach. Staff was awesome. Kids say it was our best trip yet. We will definitely come back to the omni next time

We loved the pools and the staff was wonderful!!! The food was just ok and drinks were good. very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at Omni Cancun. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Best way around town is to take the bus.

FUN PLACE, GREAT HOTEL FOR ALL AGES

[...] Do not talk to anyone in the airport. Just get your luggage and walk out the doors to get your taxi. Too many high pressure sales people in tan suits wanting to sell time shares, etc...When we arrived to the Omni, it looked just at pictured. Very nice and clean. [...] The food was okay. The tips are NOT included, so you will need to bring money to exchange into Pesos. Everyone was very nice, except there are a few people working there that are quite pushy trying to sell you a vacation club package. If you sit through their presentation, plan on losing 2 hours of your vacation time, but you can get $200 toward your bill or toward spa services if you do it. We didn't do anything extra there, just relaxed on the beach and by the pool, which is all we wanted to do. The next time we go we might try the excursions, but we were simply looking for R&R and we definitely found it in Cancun!
