343 rooms and luxury villas located on one of Cancun's most spectacular beachfronts that offer friendly service from one of the island's truly tenured staff.
True Mexican artwork, decor and flair adorn this tropical full service resort. Three cascading pools flow through lush palm- filled gardens leading to an expansive wide sandy beach complete with a restaurant and Jacuzzi beach overlooking the majestic Caribbean Sea.
With 3 entertaining restaurants, a snack bar, room service and 4 unique watering holes, there are not enough diversions to satisfy the most discriminating palate.

Omni stay 6/20-26
Me and the wife just got back. We are 43 years old. The hotel is one of the best in the area. 3 pools bar on the beach, swim up bar. We bought the all inclusive when we got there 70 bucks a head per day. I bought 3 days of the five. If you plan to stay on resort all day, buy it. Drinks are 8 bucks a piece breakfat or lunch 15-20 a head and dinner at least that. Activities and beach access as well as grass huts are all right there. 1 dollar and 10 minutes gets you a bus to Carlos and Charles and shopping. The only thing i can complain about was the lack of music around the pool.Alot of trivia and bingo. The sushi bar next to the pool was also great. I give it a 4 out of 5. And 3-4 days would have been enough instead the 5 nights i stayed.

We have stayed at the Omni Cancun 6 times now and everytime it is perfect. The staff, grounds, bars, food and pools couldnt be any better. I am very particular about where I stay and that is why I will always stay at the Omni Cancun when I travel to Cancun.

Omni Cancun Hotel review
The rooms are very clean. The employees are the most helpful and friendly. One restaurant does a different theme every night. For e.g. Cajun, Spanish, etc. All the food I ate was great. Make sure to do the "all inclusive". The pools and beach areas are fabulous. The ocean on this portion of the strip is pretty rough, only downside.

The Omni hotel is situated on a gorgeous beach with great pools. The ocean is on one side with the lagoon view across the street. It's a quick, easy, and cheap bus ride to any of the nearby shopping areas. The food was too expensive for it's value, but that's really my only complaint. I have stayed in the Riviera Maya before south of Cancun, but this was my first time staying in Cancun. The Riviera Maya has a more natural and open air feel to it, but I liked Cancun as well and it is a closer ride to the airport.

Amazing experience
I had such an amazing time at the Omni. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the beach was ridiculous – it is right out your door. And the food was fantastic – especially all of the soups. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I can't wait to return.

Love the Omni but [...]is a scam
The Omni hotel is a beautiful place with many nice features. I would stay at the Omni again but I will never book through [...]. First the 15 minute guaranteed maximum wait time for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel did not happen. We waited for over 45 minutes in the heat with our luggage. When I asked about the automatic refund the Grayline person said to take care of it at the hotel and the hotel rep said they would make a note of it. But I did not feel like anything was taken care of. But that was the least of my complaints when all things considered. When we FINALLY arrived at the hotel after the late shuttle the hotel informed us that we did not book the all-inclusive package. My friends and I double and triple checked our booking and we know we selected the all-inclusive option otherwise we would not have chosen it.[...] The hotel was nice enough to upgrade our reservation but for a price. Each of my friends had to pay an extra 240 dollars on the spot. What a horrible start to our long-waited vacation. We looked on the internet after the whole fiasco and found the website to be very misleading.[...]

The hotel, and hotel staff were very accomadating. The food was amazing. The activities were supposed to be abundant, but were few and far between. The pool was wonderful, and the beach was awesome
